Mar 2019: Update March 2019:
I can no longer live here any more and have to move out. My car has gotten stuck inside the garage on multiple occasions. I have had to call code enforcement and the fire marshal's office to attempt to get the doors fixed. It is actually possible to be locked INSIDE their buildings, let alone locked out. It is really shocking how poorly run this complex is.
I have never paid more money for an apartment to have a worse experience. Make sure you do an extremely thorough move-in inspection but do not actually move in until ALL your problems are 100% solved. They will not fix it later and will instead tell you it's "normal". My HVAC unit sounded like a vacuum cleaner.
I eventually got them to show me their "model" unit in which all the appliances were perfectly silent (as expected). If you take them up on their 30-day guarantee to move out once they do not address your issues, they will bar you from all other Gables properties (most of the apartments in the area) Review from Google

Feb 2019: The management staff was helpful. The apartment itself was nice, but very expensive. The apartment next to mine was very noisy, and they had parties 2-3 times per week that lasted until 3:00am.Feb 2019: I normally do not write reviews but this establishment earned my five stars! From the moment I walked in, I could sense that the staff took pride in their work, from the adminstrative team to service alike. My purpose of being there was for a service call. Normally when I visit businesses, the staff is either clueless, unwilling to get information, or both. Jaerra greeted me without me having to initiate convo (which is small but we live in a first impression society) and she also made sure I had everything I needed to make my visit run smoothly. Dec 2018: About three weeks ago on a weekday afternoon,18 of us from the largest Healthcare organization in Georgia went to the Emory point location of Marlowe's Tavern AFTER making a reservation. We were seated at 1 pm. We got our food at 3:12 pm. The waitress made sure that she got her gratuity well in advance of us getting what we ordered. The food was terrible. Burgers were dry. But, the worst was the waitress and the wait. We waited 2 hours and about 15 minutes for our orders to come. Do not go to this location, if you value your time. Nov 2018: A great safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. The residential buildings are in great shape and house mostly Emory students and staff. There is indoor and outdoor parking always available for visitors. The vicinity to the CDC and all o Emory University is a huge plus! Expect your electricity to go out every time it rains (and often even when it doesn't). This might just trigger the fire alarm. No automatic payment for rent helps promote late fees. If you're late, even the first time, you have to pay with a money order. Fees and rent creep up.
Edit: To address the misleading response from the owner:
- My RentCafe account is set up. It doesn't have an auto-pay option.
- The power goes out even when it doesn't rain. It has gone out twice today, and there isn't a cloud in the sky. The complex has major electrical problems. This is not a good location for students/ professionals planning to write papers.

Your packages will be delivered blocks away into a completely different building (unless they go missing entirely which is not unusual) and they of course will not address this as they will claim the parcel service is an outside Review from GoogleJul 2018: It is very clean and safe community.
