My fully furnished home is a contemporary, 3 bedroom 2 bath with brand new appliances, full kitchen, new washer and dryer, wood flooring, fenced in back yard, private driveway for off-street parking, home security system & Nest thermostat. You will be sharing the home with me and my small dog, Tucker; I don’t rent out the third room. I am a 👩 female, young professional who works from home and I tend to keep the house tidy and 🎇clean.
You will have your own room as well as access to a separate full bath (immediately adjacent to your room) with a tub shower. Your room includes a queen size bed, desk, smart 📺 tv, black out curtains and 🚶 walk in closet.

Located in Decatur, the house is conveniently situated between the East Lake golf course and I-. We are super convenient to I-, I- and I- and only about miles from the airport. Perfect for new city transplants or healthcare professionals/students!
