My very awesome roommate is finishing her internship March , and I need to find a replacement. My place is a 2nd story condo about a mile north of downtown Decatur, by Glenlake Park (it&#;s literally in our backyard). Convenient to Emory (less than 2 miles; 🚌 shuttlestop 0.6 mi away), the downtown Decatur + the Marta rail station (0.8 miles), and 🚌 bus takes you directly from the front of the complex to Midtown station (near Georgia Tech, where I go to school) by way of Emory (junction of Clifton and North Decatur Rd). There are also five grocerystores within a 1.5 mile radius and a Walmart less than a mile away.
Price includes all utilities. The shower is shared but we each would have our own bathroom (me the guest, you the master). Kitchen was recently updated; master bedroom is the room that&#;s available. Can be furnished or unfurnished--I&#;ll put you in touch with my current roommate about buying her bed/desk off of her. Complex has a 🏊 pool and an indoor 🚴 bike rack, as well as open parking.
