Aug 2019: I am in the process of moving to this apartment complex. Mrs. Antoinette was so helpful and knowledgeable, although she has only been at the apartment complex for under a month. I addressed my concerns with her and she was happy to speak with me regarding those issues. I am excited to continue working with her as my leasing agent. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Every time I put in a maintenance request and call to follow up it’s always either they can’t find the request or it takes forever for them to come and correct the issue. I put in a request for a kitchen light on Tuesday and today is Friday its still has not been replaced. I know it’s not a emergency request but really..? Review from Google
Jul 2019: You run into issues here and there like with any complex but the staff is always helpful and able to resolve the issue. The most important factors to me are cleanliness and safety; I haven't had any rodent or crime issues. Oshe and Rena are always helpful and nice. The gym is in need of an upgrade if that's a factor for you, I wouldn't cancel my membership but all in all good complex. They were attentive and responsive to my needs and got the entire process done in a timely and professional manner. When they needed more documents they told me. If an unforeseen circumstance arose, I was updated and we were able to solve it together. On the move in date the apartment was extremely tidy, vacuumed, painted and even the maintenance men were nice. The community is beautiful and Im so excited to build a life here and meet new people. Its been almost a week and its very quiet and clean around here. As an actual resident I would recommend this community to my friends and family. No bugs or strange odors and everything works. Oct 2017: My move in day was 8-12-2017. Allegedly the place had only been vacant for a week and half until I moved in.It has fresh carpet and paint, so on the surface everything looked good.There were small dead gnats in the refrigerator that I wiped out with no problem because, maybe that would be the last of my issues.The bathroom is disgusting. There is human hair on the walls. The blinds were filthy.The top of the doors in the bathroom and bedroom were so dirty.When I began cleaning in the bathroom there was so much human hair coming off that I immediately became disgusted and stopped.The windows in the bedroom have water damage and black mold around them and I was told that they inspected for mold before I moved there. Feb 2017: About two weeks ago I moved to southwood vista apartments in Atlanta Ga. When doing my walk through I told the agent about the main window in my living room it is filthy and I live for natural sunlight so I specifically told the agent if their is no way to clean the window I would not want to move into that unit the agent promised me that it would be taken care of. The date of move in was that agents last date of working my property because she was being moved to another property. So I started dealing with the assistant property manager when I told her about the issues with the window she stared at me as if I was speaking a foreign language which came off very rude. Jul 2014: I have been living here for a couple months now. I have to say I love my apartment. However, this is a nice complex. I love the manager Ka'Mil Tate. She is so professional and works so hard to make sure this complex is up and running efficiently. Out of all the apartments I lived, this has to be at the top. I really don't have anything bad to say. All the staff are trying really hard to make this the perfect property to stay. Ka'Mil is a true gift. I would recommend anyone to her. If I had to say anything I would say it would be nice for this complex to have more parking spaces, because sometimes parking can be kind of congested. So far the only complaint and its really is no complaint is about the garbage outside the trash area. It doesn't bother me as much because honestly I don't see it as often. But the maintenance are good about moving it. The renting office people are great. The property manager was very nice and knowledgeable. As for the area, the complex is very close to the highway which is a plus and convenient. I have no problem with the area at all. The complex is very well kept up there's no trash throughout the complex, the grass is cut and it looks very nice out there. I love my apartment and it is big nice and roach free.
