Oct 2019: We just finished a project at Harper on Piedmont and the staff couldn’t have been any better to our team. Super friendly and helpful. Also absolutely gorgeous property! Review from Google
Jul 2019: My friend recently moved here and the parking situation here is awful! I visited my friend on Sunday for a couple of hours and my car was booted. The leasing office is closed on Sunday so there is no way of obtaining a parking pass and the people at company hired for booting are awful. They kept referring to the sales office as the leasing office which does not give out a parking pass and wouldn't listen when explained. You either have to pay for parking or get your car booted. This management sucks. Stay away! Update: The property manager reached out to me 4 weeks after the boot to understand the issue and upon explaining that the office was closed and we weren't made aware of the email approval, apologized for the confusion. Its good to know that the management does care and wants to rectify things. I guess its not all as bad as i had thought initially. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Harper on Piedmont is an architecturally unique building, with nice condos at several different price points. Being newly renovated. Pool, exercise room, parking. Review from Google
Jun 2019: The parking situation continues to be an absolute mess here. They're booting random people to make money and the management refuses to make things better! Dont buy a condo here... Review from Google
May 2019: Formerly Ivy Hall. Great place to live in the heart of the city. The apartments are turning to condos and being sold which means buy or get out. I wish the gates were more secure and there were more higher quality surveillance. Review from Google
May 2019: don't live here, your friends will hate you! My friend recently moved here and the parking situation here is awful! I visited my friend on sunday for a couple of hours and my car was booted. The leasing office is closed on sunday so there is no way of obtaining a parking pass and the people at company hired for booting are awful. They kept referring to the sales office as the leasing office which does not give out a parking pass and wouldnt listen when explained. You either have to pay for parking or het your car booted. This management sucks and my friend who is living here isn't v happy either. Stay away! Review from Google
Mar 2019: This property is gorgeous! Finishes are beyond what I expected and the amenities feel like I’m at a five star hotel. This location is everything I’ve been looking for.
Jul 2018: They cut corners in any way making the residents pay for it. Bad maintenance and groundskeepers. Review from Google

Apr 2015: I've lived at Ivy Hall for a few years, and I absolutely love it! What really sets this apartment complex apart from the others is the management. The property manager and her staff are exceptional. She is always on top of things and strives to provide exceptional customer service at all times. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well. Issues are addressed promptly and completely. Outside of the staff, the property itself is lovely. The amenities are well-maintained as are the grounds. The individual units are spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable. Yes, some of the units are a little pricey, but 1) this is an amazing complex in the heart of midtown, and 2) this is the best service you'll find in the entire Atlanta area, I guarantee it. So, you'll pay a premium, but it's worth it. I can honestly say you won't find a better co Review from Google
Apr 2015: A small property with excellent finishes and upgraded interiors, but watch out for the units with the cheap appliances and try to negotiate on that. The property's location will make it or break it for some people as it's smack dab in the heart of the city. You can walk or bike to Publix, Walgreen's, Marta and pretty much anything Midtown or Downtown. On your balcony, there is a blank plate which affords you the luxury of installing your own ceiling fan (don't use cheap particle board blades, remember this is Georgia y'all!) or chandelier if you're like that! The apartments are reasonably priced on paper, but be aware that you will be billed an additional fee for water/sewer/trash which will come out to about 150% higher than typical City of Atlanta rates. Guest parking is difficult to negotiate and manage if your guests want to park insi Review from Google
Aug 2014: I have lived in a few other communities in the area. Ivy Hall is nicely located in midtown. Dawn and her staff are very conscience. The grounds and the facility are well maintained. Considering the location street noise is minimal and I would certainly consider moving back after my current lease is up. Review from 08/26/14 from Apartment Ratings
May 2014: My girlfriend and I have been living in Ivy Hall for the last year and it's been great. I've lived in 4 different communities over the last five years and none come close to Ivy Hall. Dawn and Tocarra (the leasing staff) are extremely helpful and friendly folks. They make an effort to go out of their way to treat residents like their own family or friends, i.e. dropping off packages and coordinating moves. The community is small, which adds to the charm but also minimizes the noise that comes with larger communities. Units are very well appointed and are well maintained. The repair staff have been quick to respond to maintenance issues when they've popped up. In all, I highly recommend Ivy Hall. Review from 05/21/14 on Apartment Ratings
