Hi everyone! I am currently looking for someone to my spot at Camden Vantage Apartments, located downtown in Sweet Auburn. It&#;s a sq feet 2 bed 2 bath apartment shared with a 👩 female photographer in her late s and her two kitties. I recently got a job in another part of town, or I would not be leaving! You would have a private room and bath with 🚶 walk-in closet to yourself. The current lease runs until /1/, with an option to renew.
Rent is around ~ a month, including all utilities and amenities such as valet trash and parking. You would have a fabulous spa bathtub that is probably my favorite part of living in the unit. It also includes a patio, washer and dryer, and an alarm system. The space itself is LGBTQ+ and 🐕 pet friendly, barring dogs. Would be great for an artist or student. Current roommate prefers a 👩 female-identifying roomie.
The apartment complex itself has a ton of amenities, such as two 🏊 pools, two-story gym, rooftop fountain and 🍔 grill-out spot, and a private parking deck.There is a 🍕 food truck that comes every Wednesday, and it has a stunning view of the Atlanta skyline, and the front desk is super friendly and responsive. Maintenance is also super efficient, I have never had issues with anything being replaced or fixed in a ⌚timely manner.
My move out date is flexible between now December nd. Location is very convenient to Georgia Tech (campus is within 🚶 walking distance) and Edgewood bars, like Joystick and Church.
