May 2016: The staff is always really friendly and helpful. The ground are kept well maintained. Price is a little high, but overall a very good community to live in. When we moved in the place was fairly clean, but there were dead bugs all over the place. One of the blinds was broken and they came and fixed it within 24 hours.
EDIT: I dropped another star off because towards the end of my lease I had a personal issue and needed assistance. Not only did they not accommodate me, it took me multiple emails and days to even get a response from them.

May 2016: Our apartment was in generally good condition when we moved in and had new appliances and had been recently renovated. The early part of my lease was a very good experience and aside from the roach living in our stove clock, it was decent and I really enjoyed the hardwood floors and relative quietness of the neighborhood.
However, towards the middle-end of the lease, we began having problems with a neighbor yelling, screaming, and beating on the walls so hard that it would routinely knock items off the shelves in our apartment.

May 2016: DO NOT LIVE HERE
As an international student I was excited about moving to a two bedroom for the price I got. The price is a SCAM. The overages are ridiculously outrageous compared to all other apartments. I have bug bite marks all over my legs and when I requested for it to be checked they never responded. The staff members I initially met were nice until I met the Manager and the other wanna be manager. They don't have their house in order and the manager is extremely rude with poor managerial skills. If you want to live here prepare to pay ridiculous overages. Even the 30 dollar cap is a SCAM.

Aug 2014: So much to say so little space. First off I was excited just like any other newbie to the location, but I should have followed my instincts. Please read on.
Customer service: extremely low.Move In day: Poor, unsatisfactory.At first they people in the office will seem seemingly welcoming when they tour you but are rather pushy overall. Then you show interest in signing and they all of a sudden love you and remember your name etc. You sign and then they have no idea you even exist. When we moved in- mind you in the middle of the week and when asked why they brushed it off as it being a "special" day they had been planning just for us- we were greeted with the bare minimum ..we could have easily picked up our keys any day. No fancy superhero shirts. haha. We move in and the room that we waited on to be spotless, was dirty.
