- 7 month lease
1 bedroom in 4 beds 4 baths.

Quiet, 🎇clean, and quick to fix anything out of place, the far bedroom in apartment A in the Connection at Statesboro has been my home for the past year and a half, and for the next semester, Spring , hopefully someone else&#;s home!

The Connection at Statesboro is a steal in terms of rent and all that it includes. For less than $ a month with rent at $, my 4-bedroom apartment includes not just utilities and amenities in this price but also is NEWLY & FULLY FURNISHED!

The apartment itself is quiet both inside and out, with my three plus roommates being quiet but equally friendly when they&#;re home and with it located on the back side of the 🌉 gated complex, there has never been a problem with outside noise being a bother.

My room in itself is one of the largest in the apartment. Even with it furnished with the inclusive bed, drawers, desk, and chair, I myself added another set of drawers as well as a set of 3x3 storage cubes to fill up the immense space of the room comfortably.

The space includes plenty of storage opportunities under the bed with its standard but suitable height to fit storage bins, laundry baskets, etc. as well as the closet with its split sides of shelves and plentiful hanging space behind the sliding doors doubling as mirrors that helps the room seem to offer even more space than it already does.

The bathroom offers two spacious cabinets, one below the sink and one above the toilet extending all the way to the ceiling as well as hanging space for a door organizer behind the door itself. There&#;s plenty of room for a laundry hamper or even space on the floor to throw your clothes without it feeling too cluttered.

Living here means getting to take advantage of the free 🚍 shuttle, 🏊 pools and hottubs, maintenance that never takes longer than a day to come out about anything at all, and a ton of memories just waiting to be made.

Move in dates are negotiable and any questions are welcome!!
