I am currently studying abroad in Japan right now, so I am looking for someone to assign my lease One Bed/Bath in a 4 Bedroom/4.5 Bathroom apartment. Monarch is located right next to campus. Very short 🚶 walking distance from the Bio building, the Pedestrian, and the RAC. The other 3 👨 guys are really friendly, and they keep to themselves and keep the place 🎇clean. Room is available as immediately as possible!!

• You must also have renter’s insurance, but Monarch provides its own master policy which you can choose to opt in for an additional $ per month.
