Jul 2017: They omit whats included in the pricing of apartments so in actuality its expensive apartments. They setup their laundry machines so new comers pay more not knowing which machines work better than others and which are priced more despite are exactly the same as cheaper ones. The landlord is not nice and doesn't work with you and is a liar. Would not recommend this for families with kids too-not kid friendly at all! Also, they are terrible with upkeep and handyman needed issues and you have to pay to get your toliets unclogged even if its not your fault! Review from Google

Amanda Scaff, the property manager showed us around, nothing fancy but acceptable. Move in day...roach infested, filthy and NOTHING like the model they showed us. The A/C didnt work, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in years, roaches dead and alive inside the refrigerator. She told us it was move-in -ready. NOT!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

May 2013: Cheapest place to live without roommates. Hands down. The staff is great to work with and it's so nice living here. That staff here is top notch if there is something wrong they WILL do everything in their power to fix it, even if it doesn't involve the apartments, like if you lock your keys in your car. They will gladly help you as best they can and if they can't they will direct you to someone that will. Best customer service EVER. Review from Google
