May 2019: I wouldn’t recommend this place tbh! The maintenance team is TRASH. I never left a review before but this was needed. Please look around before you rent here. Cheaper and better quality when you take the time to come visit and look. I was embarrassed on how I was treated Review from GoogleApr 2019: The rent is pretty cheap. At first the place can look kind of sketchy,but the people are actually pretty nice,at least around my building. I am enjoying my time here and it is so close to campus I can walk anywhere in a short time. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Incredibly rude management. It takes months to get anyone to fix anything. Fleas are a big issue whether you have pets or not. Their "maintenance crew" is also the worst. They replaced a lock on my window and cracked the glass. Took them 4 hours to replace 2 doors in my apartment.
Also, there are no fire escapes on the upper floors. Had a faulty wiring in my oven/stove earlier this year, plus a wiring problem in the hallway outside my unit, and a dryer that burnt holes through clothes! If there had been a fire, I would have died.
Overall the worst experience I've had renting. Will not be renewing my lease.
Property manager is named Brenda Bragg, and she is VERY rude and never reads emails or answers the phone.
Not to mention the office has the worst hours if you work or go to school full time.
