WILL WORK OUT MOVE IN DATE IF MARCH IS TOO LATE OR TOO EARLY. LEASE IS UNTIL JULY. The room is room A, which is one of the bigger rooms in the apartment. Plenty of space & absolutely nothing wrong with it. Prior to me moving in they had replaced my carpet and I have kept it spotless ever since. The room is beautiful and has no flaws. I’m leaving for personal reasons and not because of roommates or anything like that. My roommates are 🎇clean and keep to themselves. I did sign my lease for no pets in the apartment as I am allergic but roommate had just gotten a kitty. She does let it roam around the apartment but we do keep her off the counters for sanitary reasons. She’s extremely friendly and ❤️loves to cuddle. But my roommate does take full care of her. We also have a shared balcony. The apartment if very spacious and we work hard to keep it 🎇clean and keep bugs out. If you have any questions/concerns please contact me by the email that is provided.
