I am looking for a responsible and respectful person, 👨 male or 👩 female it doesn&#;t matter, and preferably a non-smoker, at least not in the apartment, to take over. I am a graduated student from 💛 UCF and work full-⌚time. My other roommate is a freshman at 💛 UCF. I have a dog and she is super friendly. Rent is $ + utilities which averages around $ a month per person. The apartment is on the third floor of the only renovated building.
