I am looking for a 👨 male to take over my lease starting May 5th - July th, (summer ). I have bedroom B in my apartment. I have three other (male) roommates, who keep to themselves pretty much. It is a quiet and safe place to live. The unit includes its own bathroom, a 🚶 walk-in closet, and everyone in the apartment shares the living space, kitchen, and washer and dryer. The apartment is fully furnished.
