Aug 2019: Once you sign you can expect to experience a staff that is rude, unprofessional and indifferent to your concerns.
The entire experience of living in a complex that is new and aesthetically appealing is so diminished by the people operating it.
Customer service is not a priority. They ate only interested in filling their quota.

Aug 2019: My main issue with the place are the paper thin ceilings. You can hear absolutely everything above you. We were on the 2nd floor and it was horrible. By reading the other reviews it's safe to say it's like that in every other apartment building there. For the expensive rent and amenities its definitely not worth it.
In addition to that upon moving out from a 14 month lease our entire deductible was taken and we were also charged $400 plus for carpeting and cleaning. What was the point of making the place squeaky clean during the move out, if you are going to take all the money and also charge us.

Aug 2019: don't fall for the fake reviews. This is the most money hungry, arrogant apartment complex I've ever seen. First of all, it's overpriced. Sure, they're nice, but nowhere as nice as the price suggests.
They charge you $4 per month to pay rent online. Charged me a $5 "Final move out service fee". Charged me $153 carpet replacement for one room, after living there for one year. I can assure the carpet was completely fine. They just charge this because they are arrogant and will try to get away with what they can. As well as a $90 cleaning fee. Will charge you if you don't give them a big enough heads up you are moving out. Charges you $30 per month for someone to come pick up trash from your door - but it has to be in a specific type of bag! don't forget the $300 pet deposit (not returned) and$20 pet rent for a single cat that does nothing but sleep. Stay away from this disgrace unless you like throwing money into the wind.

Jan 2019: My fiancé and I renewed our second year lease without hesitation! We absolutely love living at The Strand & have nothing but positive feedback. The location is incredible, apartments are gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and always there when needed! Not to mention all the amazing amenities, community events and pet friendliness!! Jan 2019: Living at The Strand Apt for the past 12 months and just finished our lease renewal for 2019. Excellent facilities/amenities (gym, pool,gaming area), modern look apartments and very well kept common areas. My son loves the indoor basketball court! Admin staff and maintenance staff are always willing to promptly help with any request. Parks and restaurants are walking distance making our living at the Strand even more enjoyable! Dec 2018: I cannot wait until my lease is up. My neighbors are incredibly loud and disrespectful. I have asked them to be mindful of their neighbors and I have reported them to the office twice now with no results. These people wrestle, bang and stomp on my ceiling at ALL hours during the night. I am tempted to contact the sheriff at this point. If you rent here, please be sure to rent a 3rd floor apartment only. Warning: do not use this system unless you are positive you are getting it precisely right the first time you put information in the system.
After repeated attempts to pay online, when it would not let me enter my payment amount, I had to call them to find out that this is actually the way they want it to work – – they will not allow you to pay early. They will only allow you to pay online between the first of the month and the third of the month. I've never heard of such a thing anyplace else! WOW. Hit their short payment window, or else! Suggestion: don't use their online system. I think they will take a check if dropped off. Unfortunately, I don't own checks. I Review from GoogleApr 2018: Customer service at this complex is limited. Customer service ceases once a move out notice is acknowledged. One exception is the CAM. The Community Assistant Manager has the skills, competence, and dedication to be Community Manager. The CAM is a 5 star class act!
The community slogan about providing ALL residents with "The Total Package" is just an advertising catch phrase, and nothing more. Review from GoogleApr 2018: Update:
There is nothing that the CM can do to assist during my residency since it will end in 2 weeks. My comments are to alert other residents about the so-called "Total Package" that is constantly thrown about. The Strand gives notice almost every week to enter the apartments for some reason. The notices end with, "We hope you appreciate our efforts to provide you with the best service". I guess we are expected to say thank you, thank you, thank you for the short notice to disrupt resident's plans, take away any sense of privacy, and any sense of the apartment feeling like home. Most communities apologize in their notices for the inconvenience and actually thank residents for their cooperation.
If the so-called total package is for ALL residents it would include a move-in survey for ALL residents, not just potential 5 star reviews. Apr 2018: The apartment interiors are modern and beautiful. The garages are so nice that one under my apartment has been converted into a man cave apartment by the tenant. TV, sofa, and all the comforts of home, all in a garage. This apartment community is a very unique place to live. Most of the staff are nice, especially the assistant manager.
