3 story cottage with 2 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Each room has a private bathroom. The room available is on the second floor. There is a full kitchen and living room that comes with a smart 📺 tv. The house is furnished (each room comes with a 🚶 walk in closet, dresser, desk, and queen bed). The retreat has a really nice 🏊 pool, basketball court, and sand volleyball court. There are 3 👩 girl roomates. I am just trying to get out of my lease because I got housing on campus.
