Hi! I’m looking for a 👩 female that would be interested in subleasing my room in a 4/4 furnished townhome at The Quad. This complex is located right off University boulevard and minutes away from 💛 UCF main campus. Each room has its own separate lease, so you will only be responsible for paying directly for your room instead of dividing with your roommates. Also, each room has its own private bathroom. The only shared areas would be the in-unit laundry room, living room, and kitchen. I will be moving out permanently by the beginning of May. This means not only will this be the perfect opportunity for a summer sublease, but there will also be the option to renew the lease and be a permanent resident.
