Subleasing my room in a 4/2 at The Pointe beginning March 1st - July st. 👩 female only. The roommates are non smoking, quiet and rarely home. They are also very 🎇neat. The clubhouse is spacious and the coffee is always free. There’s also freewaffles every Wednesday. We have two 🏊 pools with a 🍔 grill and plenty of space to relax, study, or have fun. There is a one ⌚timefee of $ for a parking decal but I will cover this fee for you OR throw in a $ Visa gift card.
