I am subleasing my apartment at Pointe at Central for the spring semester. If you would like to move in as early as today that will be possible as well. It is a 2x2 and the other bedroom will be empty since my roommate is finished with school too. I signed my lease early and I am locked in at a great rate of $ per month, which you will be taking over when you sign. There is no monthly rate for parking, there are no utilitycaps and although my roommate and I don’t have any, 🐕 pets ARE allowed.
