Oct 2019: Mission bay is a nice appartment ,great location and the staff are so friendly, if you request a service the maintenance team comes right away but that will change when you have 4 to 5 months living there. I know I request so many services but is it my fault? I don't think so because some of them appartments needs to be repaired. Yesterday I sent them an email about the light who almost exploded,the door under sink etc.. they replied saying that someone will came but that wasn't true and later that day the light bubble blown off I called and 2 of the maintenance team came and one of em was mean as if he's tired of us
and they fixed it but they did it wrong, because the fan stop moving so I called the office and she said someone will came and fix
it. No one came, I call at 11, 12am again because I used to call the emergency number and they came real quick. I don't know what's change but you guys need to care about us, it's not our fault if we call a lot for services, and y'all should be aware of the maintenance work,because you guys are the face of Mission bay and your services is your manager and no one wants to look bad in front of their managers Review from Google

If you wonder why you keep getting sick start looking at that. They do have issues with garbage, often accumulated garbage right at the entrance, maintenance pick it up when they are there but hey are not the problem, the problem is the management that don't provide a solution. very limited parking. The focus more info "coloring" the road than actually fixing the road. I've lived there for many years, I've seen cars on bricks, after people stole their wheels, when i moved in, soon after someone broke into my neighbors apartment and stole their stuff. I understand they are a business and they are not there to provide safety for their residents, like once I was told by the manager. Jun 2019: I have been living here for about a year and renewed my lease for the next year. The biggest advantage is location. It's close to Publix and several restaurants. Lynx bus stop is right outside the property. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Service requests are addressed promptly. I had a broken A/C unit that didn’t come with a filter. They told me it’s only hot because I live on the second floor so I’m closer to the sun, then told me to just close my blinds. After weeks of complaining they finally installed the new A/C. They aren’t helpful at all and could care less about the questions I try to ask them. not worth it, I moved here because I needed a place last minute. Sadly these apartments are on par with what you get around UCF: lackluster and overpriced. Had my parents come into town and park across from the visitor area because all of the visitors spaces in complex were taken. They woke up early to move into a new space and their car was already towed. No warning, nothing. When I called to ask if there was anything that could be done, the woman said “if I could put more parking spaces I would.†The fee to retrieve the car was $130. Thankfully, this didn’t happen to one of the hundreds of broke college students barely getting by or the fee would be going up day by day.
This is not a place I would recommend living, as expenses are already high enough as it is with multiple random fees and services you may not even use.

Review from GoogleJun 2018: Office management ladies Jenna Diane Cox and Jessica Connie start problems with residents by reporting cars to be towed in visitor parking calling them inoperative while lying about putting a sticker on the vehicle as a warning also issuing eviction notices all because she has hatred in her heart and must suffer from severe mental illness, if this lady doesn’t like you, she will find it in her vindictive interest to make you feel uncomfortable. By doing so your guests will not be allowed to visit the pool, gym, or from even parking in the visitor parking lot. She sends another employee to take pictures of your vehicles, so she can call tow truck companies to tow them at your expense. She thinks it’s funny towing your car and then when you complain about it she writes up a report to evict you in 7 days. I'm extremely impressed with this place and the staff both in the office and in maintenance have been incredible. From the moment you drive into the community you can see how nicely kept the place is. My apartment is beautiful, i have a 2nd story unit with vaulted ceilings and even a fireplace. Its ample amount of room for me and my 17 month old son. I feel very safe here too. If anything needs to be repaired- maintenance gets it donr asap. The AC unit in my apartment wasnt working as well as it should, only a few degrees warmer than it should, nothing too serious and still cooled my apartment. They won't notify you of any possible fees, which is completely unethical, but the staff lack any form of ethics. They will get you to sign papers that contrast with what they say to you. They're just thieves who pray on people they deem weak.
