This is a nice fully furnished room (Bed, Desk and Dresser) and apartment (table, chairs, sectional, 📺 tv console) that includes one private bathroom and a 🚶 walk in closet. The communal living room is large and in addition to furnishing also includes a 📺 tv, stainless steel appliances, wood plank floors, upgraded cabinets, granite counter tops and a laundry room that is inside the apartment. Place also includes a freegym, an a great 🏊 pool area with a an outdoor kitchen to 🍔 grill on.
I have been paying $ this past year for this apartment, but I was able have the rent for this lease reduced to $. It includes 🌊 water,💡electricity, internet and cable in the price. However, I am willing to pay someone the difference (in cash) to make the rent essentially $ or less to incentivize them to move in ASAP. So, if you are willing to pay $ in cash if the renter will take over the lease by July th. If they are willing to take over the lease before July 1st, I will pay them $, and if they are willing to take over the lease before June 1st, I will pay them $1, in cash.
