I graduate this spring and am looking to have someone take over my lease until July. It is all 👨 guys, but two of them are also graduating so the place should be empty come May. It is a 4x4 with a ton of parking right out front, great place for an incoming student to be around roommates who are all serious academics going into Masters programs.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
