Hi, I&#;m looking to sublease my current room. There are 3 roommates currently living there, however 2 are barely around and overall the unit stays quiet % of the ⌚time. I&#;d like to have someone move in as soon as possible, but by June 1st at the latest. The sooner the better, and I am willing to work with you on the rent.
