Really love the community and the staff.
It the community is quite and clean.
cons:
-The roof has no sound isolation, get up everyday on the steps of people living in the second floor.
- Really start getting frustrated from the maintenance, submitted ticket twice regarding the cockroaches and they just give a call once, and because we missed it, they mark the request as completed without any try to get back to us.
- The portal to pay the rent through takes fees of 37$, which i really don't like. Review from Google

Sep 2019: I love it here! I moved from a house to an apt & that can just be tough in general but the leasing staff is amazing & they have made this transition a smooth one. Krista, my leasing agent, did a great job making sure that I found an apartment that I really liked & felt comfortable with. On moving day, I had to change apartments because I didn’t like the one I was supposed to move-in to and it was tough but Krista was quick and worked with me to make all of the necessary changes. She didn’t make me feel like she was inconvenienced and even mentioned that my happiness was the priority. Donna is an active & present property manager, which you can appreciate after visits to other apartment communities, and she has very generously helped me acquire the necessary storage for the things my apartment couldn’t hold and I’m so grateful! Nick, the assistant manager has been instrumental in making sure that all of the final touches and those one-off tasks are completed so that my home is absolute perfection Review from Google
Sep 2019: Great place to live, it is in the cut while also being close to everything we like, grocery stores, restaurants and nature. The people that work here listen to you when you have things to say and will help you with anything. Shout out to Nick and the maintenance staff. Nick has been incredible over the last year we have lived here, helping us deal with an issue. The maintenance staff shows up the next day for any issue and always responds to problem right away! Sep 2019: I’ve loved living at Viridian for the past 8 months. I’ve had little to no maintenance issues, the grounds are always beautiful, and the office staff is always happy to see me. Jul 2019: Overall it’s a great place to live and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s looking for an apartment complex with great amenities, attentive and relatively fast maintenance, and nice neighbors. The apartments are beautiful and every time we reported an issue, the maintenance has been fast. It’s a safe place, although a couple of incidents (car theft and assault) happened within the past few weeks. However, the office seems to be working on solutions and making it safer. Beside that, the only problem is with the maintenance of the gym. They are very slow when it comes to fixing the equipments. The elliptical machine has been broken for more than 2 months. But again, overall, I’ve very much enjoyed living here. Review from Google

Apr 2019: My wife and I moved in a week ago. So far it has been a great experience and a nice welcome to Atlanta. Moving to a new state has a lot of moving parts and Quinici McDowell has made that process as smooth as possible. From visit to move in. All the staff and maintenance have been helpful. Mar 2019: Loved living at this property. The staff were so helpful in making sure my transition to Atlanta was smooth. The 45 day guarantee ensured that I was able to move into a unit that I felt really comfortable in. The amenities here are really nice and the property regularly hosts free events for residents. The community is quiet and residents are very respectful to one another. I have not had any issues that were not addressed within 48 hours and I am always kept updated on the progress of it will take longer. The value for the price is the best in the area and the management team will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. This property is especially great for emory commuters as it is close to the campus and located near the free shuttles. Downtown Decatur is about 15 minutes away and is fun for families, couples, or just a night out with friends. I highly recommend this property. Review from Google

I lived in a lovely 2/1 with a patio overlooking the greenbelt and loved the tranquil setting, yet just minutes from the bustling city. Sad we had to move. Review from Google
Mar 2019: My husband and I decided to relocate to Atlanta. After seeing a few apartments, we kept coming back to Viridian. Each representative we met with was helpful. We decided to make Viridian our home and Quinici McDowell was super helpful in the process! She was patient, answered all of our (many) questions and she even went above and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable with our choice. Though we haven't moved in yet, she continues to follow up to see if there is anything we need in the process. I am hopeful we will continue to have these sort of positive interactions as new residents of the community. Dec 2018: I had a great experience at the Viridian. I lived here for 15 months while back in school at Emory. The apartments are newly renovated, safe, and well priced for the area. Management is kind and responsive, maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours (often the same day), and the pool and fitness center are super nice. They host regular fitness classes, wine nights, resident events, etc. I was on the base floor and had a few minor issues with noise and bugs, but overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Viridian. The pool area, clubhouse and grill areas are also extremely well maintained! Lastly, any service requests that we have had (there have been few) have been taken care of in a very timely manner and they have kept us informed along the way! It is really difficult to be satisfied with the service because customers always want more. You'll have this unusual and unexpected satisfying experience here with Carrie. She's also very frank and smart when she's with the customer, so you can make a decision based on the very detailed and correct information. She's the reason the I decided to move in here.
She tries to understand the customer's demand and their priorities. and then she makes proper suggestions with her excellent expertise and warmheartedness.
Her professionalism and carefulness doesn't change at all even after you move in. I think I'm really lucky to have her when I find the home and while I live here.
