Hello! I&#;m looking to sublease my room for the summer in University House Midtown. The room is a part of a 4 bed x 4 bath unit on floor 4. You&#;ll have your own private bed and bath.
Dates are somewhat flexible, but I&#;m hoping for the sublease to last from early May to early/mid-August.
I&#;ve attached an image of the floor-plan (D1); my room is on the far left. However, as our plan does not have a balcony, my bedroom extends out into the balcony space, giving some sweet extra square-footage. The room is fairly large as you can see in the photos.
