Hello, I am looking to move out within the next month. I have a room with its own bathroom available in a 4 bedroom at the flats. The other 3 students are GT Grad Students and very nice 👨 guys. If anyone is interested please email me and I can go over the process with you on how to take over my lease. The lease ends July ,. The Flats is a very nice community of students from all colleges in the area.
