Jul 2019: Great view. Close to great shopping areas. Great price. Basically the cheapest place in the best area. Only downside is the maintenance crew. They are very very slow to respond to any problems you may have and once they do eventually come they don’t usually know how to fix the problem. Some issues take about two months to be resolved. When I first moved here I was without AC for 3 months so yeah. But the price is good so I stay. Plus no bugs so that’s a huge plus. Neighbors below me smoke pot so occasionally my apartment will smell and also I’ve been told we do get car break ins but I’ve never noticed it. Everyone here is pretty nice. So if you want a cheap place to live in a nice safe area then this is the place for you but if price isn’t an issue then I suggest looking elsewhere because there are a lot nicer places than this if you’re willing to pay. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Just not worth it. The price and location are draws here, but its just not worth it. Pros: Great location in North Druid Hills near Lenox, Emory University, and 15 minutes from downtown (without traffic). The lowest rent prices in the immediate area, with most other options being expensive luxury complexes. Useful amenities - a car wash bay, 24-hour fitness center, and a lake / park which is beautiful in warmer months. The staff have been friendly and helpful to me - when you can reach them. Cons: When I moved in, the carpets were not clean and their was paint over-spray everywhere. Spiders in the corners of the closet. The toilet of the apartment above me was not properly sealed, so I came home one day to a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom. This was fixed within hours thankfully. The walls seem to have no soundproofing...at all. I can easily hear my neighbors conversations / music / escapades at all hours Review from Google
Jun 2019: This apartment complex is very hard to beat with the price and location. With that being said, i understand that there may be problems with my apartment once i move in and reading past reviews definitely prepared me for some issues to come. But there is one issue in particular that i had a problem with. They moved me into an apartment with the A/C not working. I feel like that was a bit shady. Other than that, once i knew about the A/C i brought it to the attention of the maintenance team and leasing office and they were responsive on giving me updates, Johnathon even followed up to see if the maintenance team had stopped by. I spoke with Management on this issue and they made sure that my a/c issue was resolved and went beyond to make sure i was happy. Besides the a/c fiasco, this apartment complex is gigantic and i understand that the maintenance team has hundreds of apartments to service and i am appreciative of their work and for fixing the a/c Review from Google
Jun 2019: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The Leasing office staff are liars. They show you a nice show apartment and then lease you a disgusting unclean place. They apologize to your face but never actually take care of anything. THERE ARE ROACHES!!!! They said they would change my appliances in the kitchen and never did. it has been a nightmare and its only been week two at this place!! If I could give zero stars I would. Review from Google
Jun 2019: I put work order for my bathroom and no never show up . And staff always saying they coming this day. Never show up on that day They say thing just get us out their faces. Y’all got right one I’m going to call y’all every day leaving messaging putting the same work order about this toilet. I put work in on Sunday. It place really start to suck. Recommend someone to Ashford DRUID hill that a big no no this from 2485 apt. A. Now both bathroom toilet don’t work when you flush the water doesn’t goes down water rise up like it flood over. Very sad. Very sad they want the rent money. They want fix nothing I don’t bother them as much only when I put a work order Than they do that. They want all this inspection for what. May 2019: Dear Prospective Tenants, TURN BACK NOW. SAVE YOURSELVES! ABANDON HOPE ALL WHO LIVE HERE. I too ignored the negative reviews prior to moving into this hell hole; if only I had listened I wouldn’t have been pulling my hair out by week three. Anyone who leaves a positive review clearly has not had to suffer through living in this slum. Here is a list of the problems I have experienced in just twelve months: -A/C stopped working three times in June and July. And again in May. -The heat broke twice in December. It turns out a broken piece of the furnace was never replaced, so according to the maintenance guy it was very unsafe, and I had been at risk of setting my apartment on fire. -On multiple occasions the building’s water has been turned off with no warning. Many times the water is brown. -I noticed a leak under the sink & realized that previous “repairs” had been done by shoving grocery bags into the spaces where the pipes met the wall Review from Google
May 2019: I had an appointment to look at a two bedroom at 5:30 pm. My boyfriend and I arrived at 5:25. There was a woman who was working in the office talking to a customer so my boyfriend and I sat down and waited. Five minutes later the woman comes over to us and tells us she doesn’t know if we’ll be able to see the apartment because it looked like it was about to rain. I told her that I had been there before and that I was given all the information from paperwork so I just wanted to see it so I wouldn’t have to come back for a third time. I also asked her how far it was and she said right across there. We could see it from where we were which was no more than 10 or 15 steps. She then said she would call the guy who was scheduled to show us the tour. He came in ten minutes later and said we don’t show apartments in the rain or after 5:30 . I told him I was there at 5:25. I also said why would they schedule me at 5:30 if you can’t show me anything Review from Google
Apr 2019: This place is just like these reviews FAKE . the people can be nice but they dont get nothing done AT ALL . IVE BEEN THERE FOR 4 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE THE SAME ISSUES IN MY APARTMENT SINCE I MOVED IN. THEY ARE SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THEY PROFESSIONALISM AND LABOR. YOU CAN SPEAK TO SUPERVISORS AND THEY STILL WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND NEVER COME TO REPAIR ANYTHING.I CAN WAIT TO LEAVE I WILL NEVER RENEW MY LEASE NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY Review from Google

Mar 2019: So this place is unbeatable for price. It is SO cheap for this area. Management treats you with respect and kindness and properly addresses any issues that might come up. Maintenance staff are also excellent. There are occasional problems with roaches here, but they are quick to bring out pest control if you report seeing any.
Mar 2019: If anybody has an answer as to the role of so-named " courtesy officer," please let me know. He NEVER responds to our calls (relevant calls) even if it is an urgent issue. The number-4 in the menu of RADCO phone-line must entirely be removed as there is no courtesy officer returning our calls. The level of operation of this management office is not even one-star. It is below zero. Review from Google
Mar 2019: The price advertised is not the price you pay. We forgot to sign up for gas (we were never told to do so) and had to pay over $200 in vacancy fees (that’s not counting usage fees (which I understand paying)). So I’m paying close to $1300 for a $1000 apartment. Also, my apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in so we had to live in a stuffy model home.
Feb 2019: The leasing agent Betty was extremely helpful in giving me advice on leasing my next apartment. Even though I didn’t choose to go with these apartments, she was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with. Thanks again! Review from Google
Feb 2019: Point proven. Whoever is responsible for responding to these reviews must not be knowledgeable of how poor their staff counterparts are. I received no phone call, no email, nothing. But hey, I already knew that would happen. I’ve been here for roughly 3 years now and nothing (but the rent) has changed. Few more weeks and I’m out of this unfortunate and disappointing situation. Also, the common consensus amongst all the reviews is the poor lack of staff availability and communication. Can’t ignore that ppl. It’s obviously a true issue here. Pick your poison. If you’re ok with that, then move in. Otherwise, I would not advise you to give this place another look. God bless. Peace! Review from Google
Jan 2019: There is literally poop dripping from the ceilings onto us in our apartment here. It has been one hour and the maintenance emergency line has not returned any of our messages or responded to our request to come down and take care of this. The sewage dripped into our mouths while sleeping and both the office and maintenance have not responded. Reference how they handle maintenance emergencies like this one before moving here. Review from Google
Jan 2019: They never answer the phones, though when I check they're always in the office. Some items that needed to be fixed upon move in date were never fixed, and I just came to terms with it. Maintenance can be loud and obnoxious with how they knock on peoples doors and how loud they speak amongst each other in the stairwells. Upkeep of public areas is subpar....Some good things are that the surrounding area is relatively quiet with little to know violence, there is on-sight security for the complex, and nothing major ever broke in my unit. Oh! and what led me to leave a post is the fact that maintenance just left a notice for Mandatory pest control our building, but the alert is 6 days old. So I called the office for an accurate date to expect pest control, and of course nobody answered the phone. Review from Google
Jan 2019: This place is HORRIBLE. Walls are so thin you can hear everything (tv, phone conversations, walking, etc.). The management is uncooperative and doesn’t care when your apartment starts falling apart. Maintenance is lazy and doesn’t know how to actually fix stuff. They just rig it and say “we will Be back” then never come. There’s a bridge that nobody is supposed to drive over near the lake and dog park. However, I have almost been hit multiple times from cars illegally driving over the bridge. Why aren’t these people receiving violations? Why is nothing fixed? Why are the walls thinner a sheet of paper? BEWARE Review from Google
Dec 2018: The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. This apt unit we are staying in (1BR) is supposed to be an upgraded/renovated unit. Rent is over $1000/mo and have to deal with killng roaches everyday. The apartment has been treated. I am so disgusted by living here. I have been here for 8mos, the lease is up in April 2019. I am looking forward to moving out of this environment. The apartments are old, seems to be built in the 1960's. They are dark, lacking any light ceiling fixtures inside the apt. The apartments are old and they are not worth the price for the conditions. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of better options to choose from. It's better to live in a place that is worth the value of what we are paying every month. I will not be renewing this lease at all. Grounds are nice and the staff is professional, helpful Review from Google
Dec 2018: Just not worth it. The price and location are big draws here, but its just not worth it. I would give it 2.5 stars. Nov 2018: So far A+. I'm in the process of moving in, and David in the leasing office has been amazingly helpful. Much better price than my current apartment, and my dog is going to love the path around the pond and the dog park. Review from Google
Nov 2018: amazing location and my apartment just so happens to be right in the front. Pool gym lake dog park -a lot for the price I’m paying. Needs renovation and you can literally hear everything people walking running having sex, I mean I shouldn’t hear the bed above me squeaking Lucky for me I’m always playing music or just at work. Review from Google
Nov 2018: David Lewis and the leasing office staff have gone above and beyond with my move! David has really looked out for me, updated me regularly, and returns emails/calls promptly. Of the leasing office staff I've had to work with over the years, David and the rest of the team have by far been the friendliest, most upfront, and helpful of them all. Review from Google
Nov 2018: Wishing I could leave 0 stars. I moved in in August , and ever since I’ve moved in, I’ve had an issue every month. First, roaches were in my apartment BEFORE I moved in. I saw them the first day I moved in and requested pest control, which they charge you for monthly... and it doesn’t work. They also were not honest about the floor plan I was getting and it ended up being different than I expected. Next they lost my money order with the application admin fees. Although they did resolve this in the end, the amount of stress that caused was unnecessary and caused me to start thinking about early termination. Then my stove didn’t work. I found out that it was because the burner light was out in my stove, but that was something that should have been handled before I moved in. Finally, my heat hasn’t been working. I found out today it was Review from Google
Sep 2018: DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are better places to live in Atlanta. When I moved in, we found used needles in the closet. I reported this and they did nothing. My closet door has been broken for a year and the tiles in my shower are falling off. I have put in numerous maintenance requests. They just call and asked if it’s been fixed. They almost never answer the phones and are rude when they do. The one thing that was nice was the dog park but for some reason they covered the grass with black mulch. You also pay for pest control each month but I have creatures crawling in the walls and bugs everywhere. AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Review from Google
Jun 2018: From inquiry to move-in the processes has been pleasant. Expedient attention was given to issues and the staff has been very responsive and helpful. I am very happy in my new home. Review from Google
Jun 2018: When moving in ask for David! He was extremely helpful in making me feel safe and welcome. My apartment is spacious and modern, I definitely feel like I’m getting more than what I’m paying for. My neighbors are friendly and I know the staff loves what they do because they work 7 days a week in the leasing office and every time I see them they always greet me with a smile. I love this place :) Review from Google
