Dec 2017: I had a short term stay (a semester) at 3131 Apartments. Everything was great from the beginning: for example, although I arrived very late in the evening, I could manage to have my apartment set up with furniture. The all staff has been great; all the small inconvenience (once my sink got stuck, for example) has been readily resolved. Great professionalism.
Each of my questions has also been answered.
My apartment was very comfortable, with a large kitchen, a nice bedroom with closet and bathroom and equipped with everything I need for my stay: a washing machine and dryer.

Dec 2017: I have really enjoyed living at 3131! The staff is so helpful. Any issue you might have, they’re willing to take time to help you resolve the situation. I just renewed my lease for another year! Really convenient and near some great food options and grocery stores. The manager was super awesome, usually the manager you never get to talk with but she was super nice and I will be definitely recommending this place to all my friends and colleagues. Jun 2017: I will not be recommending this apartment to anyone. The noise complaint raised is being taken care of after about 2 months of calling the office many times and sending multiple emails. The maintenance team is involved just today and they are working on it. Still don't know if the problem is fixed or not. Never heard back from the community manager about any requests.
The maintenance team is always quick and efficient in fixing the issues, so no complaints about them. The quality of the apartment is comparatively ok, creaky wooden floors, can hear anyone walking/moving often.

The community is very well managed and the maintenance staff responsive. The ability to do everything online is also very convenient. You cant beat the price, value, & location.

Mar 2017: I've lived here going on 11 years now and I've seen a lot of change in this complex but after it got bought out by Courtland they remodeled the property everything looks fantastic the office staff is great the maintenance crew is fantastic they're always on top of everything I've really enjoyed my time living here and I will continue to hopefully for several years to come.

Feb 2017: I moved in recently, and the staff has been nothing but accommodating and welcoming. I don't normally write reviews, but the maintenance staff is so impressive, that I have to write. When I moved in, there were a few maintenance issues, and every time I have put a work order in, they have come within 30 minutes to address the issue. Not only do they work quickly, they also take the time to ask how we're doing, and about our lives. It is a tight knit community that I am happy to live at.

We have found the staff to be very responsive and kind whenever we have needed something, even lending us tools and assistance to help us hang up our TV when we moved. We always received quick responses from the property manager, Maynard, who has been exceptional. He is always positive and available to help. It is not uncommon to see him handing out breakfast by the entrance as the residents leave for work. Everything has been clean, quiet, and well kept. The parking situation is great. All service requests have been completed within a day or two of submitting.

Of course, like any property, some may have their issues. But fortunately, I have not experienced anything that makes me want to terminate my lease and leave. I think it also important to add that people who are providing negative reviews are particular about certain things that may be a big deal to them and not to others. For example; I noticed a review about noise complaints. Yes, you do hear people talking loud at night or maybe there is a group of people who are yelling outside early in the am.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the team at 3131 apts!
I recently moved into this community and everyone in the office has been terrific. They have helped us moved from out of state and into Georgia smoothly. The grounds are well kept and the apartment itself is very homely feeling. I'm very pleased with our decision and so is my wife!
