I currently have a lease at the Redpoint Apartments in building B until the month of July. The house is right across the street from the hot tub, leasing office, and study/gym room..
This apartment and my two roommates have made living here amazing, but unfortunately, I had to move to Italy for an internship so I am looking for someone to sublease my room in the
house where I stay. It is a spacious 3 bedroom 4 bathroom house (pictures provided in the link below) and my two roommates (1 👨 boy & 1 👩 girl) are incredibly laid back.
Redpoint is a minute 🚶 walk from campus, BUT a 🚌 bus system is provided by the housing complex so you never have to 🚶 walk in the rain to get to class on ⌚time. The 🚌 buses arrive every minutes and the 🚌 bus stop is a 5-minute 🚶 walk from the apartment.
(IMPORTANT): The base rent of the house is plus utilities; which include 🌊 water and 💡electric. HOWEVER, because of the hurricane, our 🌊 water bills for THIS house have been waived for the rest of the ⌚time I still have on my lease; which is until July, so for those who are interested make sure you do not overpay on the utility bill.
