Hey, I’m looking to sublease my room at Plato’s Lofts for June and/or July. The apartment comes fully furnished with all utilitiesincluded. Additionally, access to the 🏊 pool and gym as well as a parking spot is provided. Maintenance is done free of charge at the renters request.
The apartment is located 4 minutes from UNCW and minutes from downtown. A 🚌 bus stop is located just outside the complex.
There are two other 👨 maleroommates and 🐕 pets are allowed with a 🐕 pet fee.
