Hello! I am Taylor, currently a student at Cape Fear looking to move out in May because that is when I graduate my lease if up in July but if you&#;d like to stay longer there is an option to renew! Majority of the students in this apartment complex attends UNCW which is in 🚶 walking distance but if you are planning on going to cape fear it is about a minute drive.
I have ❤️loved my stay here at the Lofts. I am paying $ a month, utilitiesincluded, fully furnished with a washer and dryer. Room comes with a desk, dresser, bed, and bathroom! I have 3 other roommates all 👩 females. Everyone stays to themselves and just goes to class but they are very friendly. 🐕 pets are allowed but there will be a fee if you plan on having one for your stay!
