Sep 2019: The neighbors help make it feel like home. I feel like a net work of people of renters and homeowners who truly put the aspect in luv thy neighbor as you would your self. Review from Google
Mar 2019: I have never had a worse experience renting from a property management company as I had here. When we first moved in, the ladies in the front office seemed wonderful - they even stopped by our first day to check in on us, which I thought was very considerate. As time went on, little red flags popped up such as aggressively-written emails to their tenants and cursing at their tenants (including myself). Towards the time of our move-out date, I stopped by the office, and Kim H. who is without a doubt a pathological liar was on the phone with the manager, Mary Fay, and I apologized and said I could come back thinking she needed to be on the phone. She rolled her eyes and said "what?! what do you want?". I asked how much they would charge if we did the carpet steam cleaning through them, she asked Mary Fay on the phone and said oh it's just $65. I said great because the cheapest I could find was for $89 Review from Google

Jul 2018: Property managers and caretakers were super polite and informative. Especially Kim H!! Grounds were clean and rooms were sharp Review from Google
May 2018: The worst property management I have ever heard/read/studied about, regarding “condominium” management. Failure to honor contractual obligations has led to countless nights of no sleep, trips to the hospital, and deliberate interference of quiet the other woman Review from Google
May 2018: Me and my roommates were very excited to move into our new apartment. The “leasing agent” Kim seemed extremely helpful at first, telling us that we would have a week to move in before we had to pay for rent, we could get cats in our specific building and that cable and wifi were included in the price of our rent at Azalea Trace. I say “leasing agent” because we very quickly found she was incredibly incompetent and maybe a pathological liar. After paying all the fees and sending in an application, we were sent the lease that contradictated everything that Kim had told us while we were touring. After telling Kim and Mary, who is also extremely unhelpful, they informed us that we would no longer be able to move into the unit we were signing for because they don’t allow cats. This was a problem considering we have two cats. Considering Review from Google
Oct 2017: The rent is fairly cheap so if that is your main priority then this place will be alright. However don't expect to be pleased with any other aspect of living in Cape Cottages. The worst part is the other tenants; for every one decent neighbor there are several worthless ones. I have had issues with people setting off fireworks in the parking lot and getting angry when asked not to, leaving trash all over the steps and parking lot, not picking up their dogs poop to the point that it is common to see it, and just being generally loud and rude. The parking is also a nightmare. While many of the apartments are three bedrooms only two assigned spots are provided. And should someone park in your spot do not expect any help from the management as they will not do anything beyond leave a warning on the windshield which is useless given that 90% of the Review from Google
May 2016: So far everything has been great and any problems I had were handled properly. I had to have repairs done on my doors and the maintenance came in and fixed it right away, including my window. I also needed a microwave upon moving in and they were able to get that to me. May 2016: !!!Do not move in to this complex!!! The below review is absolutely correct. We just discovered bed bugs 2 days ago May 19, 2016. The tenants in the apartment on the ajoining wall to the bedroom that contains the bed bugs and the Tennant below us moved out a week ago which according to my research is a contributing factor in the bed bugs relocating seeking a new host. I have seen multiple mattresses and bedroom furniture at the dumpster that were slashed over the past year and bed frames split and broken. The instructions that I received from the office instructed us to destroy mattresses and any furniture that we dispose of to discourage scavengers from taking it into their apartments. May 2016: I have always loved living here & any problems with neighbors using drugs or drinking out of control have been immediately addressed & resolved. Mgmt CARES that Hunter's Crossing is a great place to call HOME :) Review from 5/19/16 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2015: While the apartments are decent sized, the rest of the living situation in these condos is unbearable. Unsafe surroundings: cars frequently broken into. Inadequate maintenance: trash and overgrown. Older buildings that were not built well (and it shows.) But the worst part is the management. They are unwilling to put out notices when safety issues arise, they have slow maintenance turn arounds and they change the rules and regulations mid-lease, implementing large fees for items outside of the contract. Review from Google
Oct 2014: I have been a resident since March 2012. This apt complex is a very good deal for the price I pay. The property management tries their best to accommodate and make the living conditions as pleasant as possible. I can't speak for all residents, but my apartment is quiet, clean and well maintained. Considering the age of the buildings, things break every now and then but the maintenance people are always on time to fix the issues on the same day. Neighborhood is very safe and secure. The outside is well lit and visible at night. There has not been any incident on any cars or buildings in my immediate area around building 49. Review from 10/29/14 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2014: I've lived at Hunters Crossing for over three years and let me just say, you get what you pay for. The prices at this complex are way below market prices for renting apartments in this area. I did not have the best experience here because of the location that I lived in the complex, living on the bottom floor of building 34, the random people loitering and the parking situation was horrible. The parking situation is terrible here. There have been several situations where my car has gotten hit by someone backing up into my car or someone opening their car door and hitting my car because the parking is so tight. Apr 2014: I have been living here for two years and knew what I was getting myself into when I moved. I was coming from the Philadelphia area and wanted something that was close to my job in Wilmington, but gave me the ability to save for a condo in the next few years. Pros: 1. Reasonable Rent 2. Reasonable Rent Increases 3. Size of Apartment 4. Maintenance 5. Online Payment System Cons: 1. Parking 2. Soundproofing 3. Location 4. Culture 5. Trash Bottom Line - Make the best of where you are. What may work for me may not work for you and vice versa. Review from 4/14/14 on Apartment Ratings
