Jun 2017: The office staff, XXXX, was very helpful when we called. We made several visits to look at the apartment and she was always ready to show us around. Because my wife had a knee replacement and we were not able to get in to sign the lease she patiently waited for our arrival. We could not have had a better experience.

May 2017: I love the location, close to the mall, several grocery stores, restaurants, physical fitness gym, several clothing stores, shoe stores, close to both my Doctors and Dentist office and I feel safe here.

It has incredibly good storage for an apartment this size. When I moved in it was obvious the interior was well-cared for; fresh paint, new or like new carpet, and appliances, bathrooms, and floors sparkling clean. The grounds and exterior maintenance is excellent; I have noticed that many residents are dog owners and obviously are considerate about keeping the grounds clean. I'm still unpacking boxes but already feel comfortably at home.

May 2016: Chateau Terrace is a quiet community. I have not noted any type of crime or extreme resident misconduct. Maintenance is rapid to respond and correct issues rapidly. Drucker and Falk run top quality management of their properties. I was with this company from 1994 until 2003 in crime ridden Durham, NC, but Drucker and Falk managed to keep our little community from this due to careful selection of tenants and management control via the local police in Durham, NC. They immediately removed people from the property who endangered other residents safety such as domestic violence or having undesirable visitors visiting the resident.

Cigarette smoke poured into our apartment from the one below via holes in the utility closet and around bathroom pipes (we had to duct tape all these spaces), and we can never use our terrace, since we are surrounded by smokers (and our next door neighbors smoke ALL hours since they work various shifts; the smell and ugly visual traces are constant). We can only open the front windows. It's a shame as the outdoor areas are well maintained and the weather mild; the odor severely reduces our enjoyment of the apartment as we used to enjoy eating al fresco/outdoors.

The staff are so nice and the maintenance guys are really on the ball here. We love the quite and the spacious rooms & closets. We have a nice patio to sit and watch the birds and see all the beautiful flowers in bloom. Great place to live. Great neighbors.
