Rent is $ a month or $ with parking. There is always plenty of parking right in the complex. Utilities are included as well as a washer/dryer unit in the building, a gym, volleyball court, clubhouse, 🏊 pool, and hot tub. Absolutely amazing ward and super fun and social atmosphere! Roommates are super chill and easy to get along with. Apartment is 🚶 walking distance to BYU and a short drive to UVU (I attend UVU and it works perfectly). I&#;ve absolutely ❤️loveD it here, just heading out on a mission so have to sell! Open to move in first week in May.
