It is also right next to the UVX 🚍 bus stop (which is free for students). My contract is upgraded floors, for $ a month plus utilities. Amenities include Google Fiber wifi, Direc📺 tv, on-site laundry, plenty of parking, year-round hot tub, a clubhouse, etc. The roommates are fantastic, and the LDS ward is amazing. My contract ends in August, and I&#;m hoping to move ASAP. I’m willing to negotiate as well.
