Great social apartment. 4 👨 guys in the apartment total. The complex has an indoor and outdoor basketball court, a 🏊 pool, and an indoor hot tub. Great place to live at a good price. I have renewed the contract and will be coming back for the fall semester. It is a year-long contract. If you only want to stay for spring, you will have to buy the whole contract and then sell it for summer. Otherwise, it is for spring and summer only. Thanks!
