I will pay difference for Spring/Summer making cost only $. If you would like Fall/Winter contract as well then you will have to pay normal amount ($ + $ utilities).
I am looking for a 👨 male wanting to move in towards the end of winter semester (any⌚time from April 1 - May 1). This is an AMAZING apartment and complex with a great social scene. Five minute 🚶 walk from BYU, two minute 🚶 walk from UVX 🚍 bus station that goes straight to UVU.
I am available to move out any⌚time after March , but contract is for Spring/Summer with abilbity to extend thru August . Utilities are $ flat.
