Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: I have lived here for about a few months, and so far this place has truly been amazing. I might be exaggerating a little, but king Henry Apartments is not that bad. I’ve enjoyed the Family Home Evenings that they do, I enjoy the ward that I’m in, and I’m already making new friends here. There were a few things that have been bothering me, like some molds that I found in the bathroom, a broken drawer on my desk, and limited parking spaces. But other than that, it’s still a nice place to be and I would recommend others who are searching for an apartment to come here. Review from Google
Oct 2019: This is a great place to live! This is my first semester away from home and off at college. I have had wonderful experiences living here. The ward I am in is great, the social atmosphere is super fun and inviting! It is super close to public transportation which is super nice. The only thing I know to be a problem is the parking, but you're going to have to deal with that anywhere. Overall I have had a wonderful experience thus far living here at King Henry! Oct 2019: The social environment here is super fun! The outside fields and stuff are really awesome, worth the money. At times I’ve had problems with understanding what the charges to my account were for, but the office staff is very helpful and friendly, so it always gets sorted out well. I’ve really enjoyed my stay here, spent a year and a half here. The wards are wonderful, lots of great friends to make here! I’d recommend it, especially spring summer. Review from Google
Oct 2019: This place is great! The people and management are amazing and super friendly! They were always willing to help out with any problems in a timely fashion. If you ever get the chance to live here I would definitely recommend it! 10/10 Review from Google
Oct 2019: King Henry is great! Not too expensive and it’s pretty dang cozy! Also I love the environment here with volleyball almost everyday and a fire pit right outside. The people here are awesome. Literally, all of my roommates are great people and we have a blast. Everything works fine and when our microwave started being weird they replaced it immediately. I really like it because it’s off campus but still close enough that it’s not annoying to go to class everyday. It’s not the fanciest living but if you’re a normal college kid you won’t care. At least I don’t. Review from Google
Oct 2019: King Henry Apartments is a great place! I honestly don’t think that I could ask for a better place while living in Provo for school. It has a nice welcoming atmosphere and I love the courtyard area which has a park feel to it with a nice open field, lot of trees, a beach volleyball court, multiple stone gas fireplaces, and a cool outdoor pool. The whole place is super social and that’s what I love most about it. Every night there’s always something to do and people to meet from playing beach volleyball with all your neighbors to just hanging out around the open fire pits. The King Henry staff is very welcoming and they do a great job helping you with any questions or problems that you may have. I personally came into King Henry Apartments not knowing any of my roommates other than my brother and I scored big time as they all turned out to be super cool and great friends to me. There’s also a bus that stops right in front of the apartments every 15 to 30 minutes and takes you back and forth from BYU campus Review from Google
Jul 2019: I live here currently and the staff is so friendly and willing to help! The environment is super social and the amenities and apartments are great! I love it here! I highly recommend King Henry if you’re looking for an affordable and fun place to live! ¨̮ Review from Google
Jul 2019: The parking is legit garbage. If you don’t mind your car getting dinged or scraped up, then you’re fine. I got towed because I parked a little over the line and had to pay 175$ (a poor college student that was my month’s food money). Would not recommend.... Review from Google

May 2019: King Henry has been my home for the last 3 years and I have enjoyed it so much! The social aspect and the wards here are phenomenal and I couldn't ask for a better place to make new friends consistently. Management has always worked whenever we had issues (be nice and reasonable and so will they), and everyone has been helpful. A wonderful place to live. Also, Dee is #1! Review from Google
Apr 2019: This is by far the best place to live in Provo. If you want to have fun while living in Provo, live at King Henry. The staff is incredible. They are all so kind and so much fun to be around. Jamie, Daniela, and Tate are the best people to walk the earth. They all are bursting with desirable attributes. For real tho, be their friend. They are dope. The activities are also great. They are frequent and fun. They are so good and feeding the residents at all the activities and do fun unique activities. So, y'all should live here. It's a good time. Definitely the best place I've lived in college. Review from Google
Apr 2019: King Henry is the best place to live as a college student. There is so much fun to do and everyone is so nice and accepting. The wards are exceptional and very homey. The staff in particular are my favorite part of living here. The front office workers: Dee, Jamie, Tate, Daniela, and Erin are always on top of thing and come up with great ideas to keep things interesting. They are very lovely and lively and make going down to the office the best experience in the world. They're all beautiful young women who make your stay a pleasurable and memorable experience. Apr 2019: My first experience with King Henry was one of the nicest I have had in dealing with an apartment complex. My second experience was even nicer. The common theme between both experiences was Erin. She was so nice in helping me, in explaining all the little details regarding King Henry apartments. Being almost 2,000 miles away she made me feel like I was dealing with a very nice next door neighbor. Because of Erin, I know that my child will be in great hands. Review from Google
Apr 2019: King Henry is an awesome and social place! I love living here and I only been here for a year. The wards here are awesome and everyone is so nice. The King Henry Manager Dee is one of my favorite people. Dee is so nice. She is always willing to answer questions and helps to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I invite y’all to join me here and meet her because you’ll get the warm and friendly welcome I did. Review from Google
Mar 2019: King Henry in a nut shell is "getting a cheap place to live, and then paying as much per month as someone living at the village because of hidden fees". When i say hidden fees i dont mean that you actually wont know about them if you read the contract in depth enough, but you may not realize exactly how much you're paying for how little you get. I pay $20 a month here for wifi and I don't even get fast enough rates to write this comment. I pay for parking even though half of the time i have to park on the street. I pay for a working fridge, but it has gone out some many times and so many groceries have expired that my grocery bill is almost doubled. I would not recommend King Henry to any college student who is actually paying for rent themselves because you will be very disappointed. While it is not the worst apartment in town, it may be something like the head of the snake, opposed to the tail of the lion Review from Google
Jan 2019: My son is currently serving a mission in England London. It is hard to find housing for your child, when you can only email your child once a week with questions or updates. King Henry has been wonderful in making this a stress free process. They have been very kind on every call I have made. They have done a great job answering all of my questions. I have appreciated their help. Review from Google
Dec 2018: My experience here has been so bad that if I had a time machine that I could only use once I would choose to not live at King Henry before I even considered the following: Saving Mufasa from falling to his death. Stopping the Lincoln and/or Kennedy assassination. Preventing the Cuba missile crisis. Ending the expansion of the Roman empire. Preventing Lord Voldemort's rise to power. Casting the one ring into mount Mordor. Preventing the hunger games/purge. Obviously this is ridiculous but it is not even close to how ridiculous this apartment complex has treated its tenants. The office staff is completely incompetent. I have had more comprehend-able conversations with people speaking Russian and Mandarin ( two languages which I do not speak) than with any given person in King Henry management. The management is so petty that I do not fee Review from Google
Dec 2018: King Henry is such a great place to live!! I love the new washers and dryers!! My clothes have never been cleaner. The office staff are so helpful! Shout out to my friends Jess, Erin, Hannah, and Di they always make your day easy and put a smile on your face! Review from Google
Aug 2018: I've lived in a lot of apartments around Provo and my 6 bedroom private one has the best layout of any I have seen. The bedrooms are decent size (bigger than the Village). You get 2 fridges, a washer and dryer, a nice living room, dining room, and a HUGE kitchen. I have loved my wards here. The only downside is the cleaning checks at the end of the semester. They are very detail oriented, but if you do your best the office (Dee) is super helpful and accommodating! She went through the trouble of coming to our apartment and answering our questions and calming our worries! I'll live here til I graduate. Review from Google
Aug 2018: I was reading through a couple of these reviews and David Whiting pointed out exactly what I hate about this place. I spent hours doing my final cleaning check just to be failed for all of my oven jobs because I had self clean on when the cleaning people showed up. I'm not lying. This isn't a joke. The picture is attached. I have to pay a $50 fee because I "failed" over half of my jobs due the bogus oven fail. On top of that I'm going to have to pay $20 an hour for somebody to clean something that has already been cleaned. The $50 fee is clearly just a money grab and NOT some sort of backwards insensitive to do your cleaning. It makes me want to throw up when I see how blatantly King Henry is whittling down the security deposits of already struggling college students. I've called many times about various other issues but can never get on the p Review from Google
Aug 2018: Fun place to live BUT if you want to pass your final cleaning check before moving out either pray really hard and hope you are super lucky or don’t try at all. It’s just not going to happen so plan on paying $50-$100 for them to clean it. I passed every cleaning check for a year and we kept our apartment very clean. good luck to all you living there Review from Google
Jul 2018: Great apartments for spring. Good price and had all the amenities I wanted and more, with a great location. Was a little in need of renovation but they didn’t try to say any of it was my fault when moving out ( so that’s good), and could be considered cramped with 1 bath for 6 people during fall/winter. Overall, would rent again! Review from Google
Jul 2018: King Henry is a good place to live in the summertime--I have lived here two summers in a row--but that's because of the people, the wards, and the bishoprics. As far as the actual living conditions, they're pretty mediocre at best. Office staff is okay. I'm aware that they just restaffed the whole office, so I can't give my full opinion on them. Maintenance is good. They're usually pretty quick to respond to maintenance requests, but sometimes the way they "fix" the issue(s) is by putting a band-aid solution on it. The cleaning checks are where the two star rating for this review comes from. I know I'm not the only resident that has had an issue with them. They are so inconsistent with what they expect that I honestly think the cleaning check people just pass/fail residents based on their mood. The complex is 40+ years old, and it looks like Review from Google
Jun 2018: I loved my time living at King Henry. Grounds crew was always nice, as were the maintenance guys. Parking was tight but manageable; it was nice that visitors could park out on 7-Peaks blvd at night. There were a lot of intangibles to living here having to do with the social life. For a college living experience I'm glad I chose KH. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Got kicked out of the laundry room because the clubhouse was closing so I got to carry sacks of wet clothes back to my apartment. Obviously King Henry can afford to put fancy hotel key locks on all the apartments but is unable to provide 24 hour laundry access to their residents because that would be way too much to ask. Also they are super strict on cleaning checks. Review from Google
May 2018: I really love living here! It is such a great environment for college students and the staff is amazing. The ladies in the office are always so sweet and willing to help with whatever. Dee was really helpful as I worked out some account problems and made sure that I got everything taken care of. It's a wonderful place because of the wonderful people that work here!
