There will be two private men&#;s rooms available this spring! take one or you and a friend can take both. The house is BYU approved so all tenants must qualify for BYU housing. There is a washer and dryerincluded. Internet and all other utilities are included in the rent. There is the option to renew for fall and winter semesters. The house includes a large living space, large kitchen, and a large yard with basketball hoop. Parking in driveway.
