May 2021: Horrible place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!! Horrible management and staff. They are rude and do not care about any residents. Horrible all around. They charge way too much. Please never live here.
Apr 2021: MOMS BEWARE...do not be tricked and give one dime to College Place and do not believe a word EMERALD or MAURI (or anyone else in the office or management) tell you or your child. They are DISHONEST, UNKIND, DEVIOUS, EVASIVE and DECEITFUL. I specifically talked with Emerald when my daughter was looking for a place to live while attending BYU. At that time, (March of 2020) Emerald was sweet and workable and full of lies and deceit when she was trying to get us to sign a contract for college place. Oh how everything changed when my daughter actually signed and I moved her in. Later when reading the fine print we realized that everything that EMERALD promised us was a lie. Apr 2021: CollegePlace is poorly constructed and poorly run. Management is dishonest and take advantage of students every chance they get.
The Glenwood, Riviera, Branbury Park, or anywhere else would be preferable to CollegePlace. It looks nice on the surface, but you'll soon find out it is not a nice or safe place to stay.

totally focused on milking dollars at students expense. Recently another water pipe burst, this time flooding my daughters apartment. I'll spare the details, but the run around, deaf ear, stupid solutions offered by them, and the stress that nearly caused my daughter to have a breakdown made it clear that this place will, and should be, out of business soon. Poorly run, and poorly built. Lipstick on a pig. There are a lot of great places to stay at in Provo. This is not one of them.

We had told the staff that my daughter was there for a special course for summer and will move at end of July. They assured us that we would not be charged for August. And we were not charged for August UNTIL BLAKE came on board and sent a collection notice this week and sent a months rent to collections!! I feel cheated and lied too! I thought we could trust them! Sep 2019: If you care about honesty, do NOT stay here. College Place violated my contract regarding my deposit and refuse to pay the fee associated with such. They will not take responsibility and own up to their mistake. They are very unorganized and if you're not on top of the contract and what you should be being charged, they will charge you for something they shouldn't and its up to you to catch it. If you're looking for an apartment complex that is honest and does not try to take advantage of students/its residents, do NOT go here. Their newest manager, Blake, is incompetent and didn't even know their own contract. I had to send him a screenshot of the fine print, from the contract itself, to prove the violation and his ignorance. This is the most recent "new management" so don't fall for that line that things will get any better.

Sep 2019: The rooms, bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, and living space are great. I do wish apartments like this had cabinetry that was easier to divide evenly between roommates. I also wish there was more available parking since it seems like half the parking lot floors are always empty. Other than that, it's been a great experience so far! The office works very hard to help everyone; they are very kind and patient. Sep 2019: Ability to login to the portal and make a payment wasn’t able to be made because website kept kicking me out. Had to call and got redirected to several others to resolve the issue and no one could provide me a permanent resolve. Because of that, I was charged an additional $60 in late fees because of a poor acknowledgement to renters of how to pay rent. Nice location, but very dissatisfied with their management and owners. they will over charge you, not because they are dishonest, more because they are just very poorly managed. (over charged me $700. took almost a month to resolve.)
the apartment complex, "the lanai" and the apartment complex "the isles" are better options. those 2 are just Nicer

Jul 2019: DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management completely ignores resident complaints about BYU honor code, and does not enforce rules at all. They add on extra fees that you aren't aware of (technology/media, renters insurance). BYU SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS COMPLEX TO BE STUDENT HOUSING. I had miserable roommates, and the management did nothing to help me out with the situation. TERRIBLE! DO NOT LIVE HERE. There were a lot of management changes throughout that year but each time it seemed like the management got better and more responsive. When I first moved in it wasn't cleaned out but the management was great and sent someone to take care of it all for me. They always addressed issues I had quickly and without much hassle. The amenities are wonderful and always kept up, I made some great friends while living here and always had great roommates. Highly recommend living here if it's in your budget! May 2019: Super nice apartments! They are very up-to-date and any maintenance requests get fixed right away!! It's a 10 minute walk from BYU 's campus which is nice too. Parking here is pretty terrible, but that's just parking in Provo too. Only 5 guest parking spots and they're always filled. It is a little too pricey in my opinion! It ends up being at least $100 more than you originally think it'll be because they charge for a ton of little costs! That's the only downside in my opinion! Dec 2018: The apartments are very nice but I had a poor experience here. You pay way more than you get and even though they offer a lot of good amenities, 80% of the time they are closed. I was booted in my own parking spot that I pay $50 a month for. I also had an awful experience with who I was roomed with but I wont get into that.
