Dec 2018: Really great maintenance! They came and fixed the circuit breaker for us just so we could have a Christmas party. Apr 2018: First and foremost: a lot of the higher reviews are from the management themselves. Yes, they are the kind of company that will go and give themselves great reviews in a dishonest attempt to trick you.
In addition to dishonesty, they're also abusive: the maintenance workers will trash your apartment and leave it, the rates are horrifically unreasonable ($305 per month, plus $50 utilities for a year contract). You can get a much, much nicer apartment for a year with what they're asking. The building manager has screwed me over so many times, and then refused to accept responsibility for her own mistakes. They take every opportunity to take as much of your money as possible. The apartments aren't all that nice (the bathroom is tiny), and kitchen space is low for 4 people. When ever I put in maintenance requests they either had a guy in to fix it by the next day, or called a professional to come in the day after. Everyone here is genuinely nice and many apartments hang out together. The new managers have been working hard to bring back the Canyon Terrence reputation and, when I came in August, were working almost all day on completing the volleyball/basket ball court for the Tennant's. This is a great location to campus and shopping areas. Walking distance to maceys, as well as restaurants. 10/10 would rent again. Management is unorganized and unavailable. The office is scheduled to be open 2 hours a day, but you'll be lucky if they're actually there during that time.
Housing in Provo is a joke, but this place takes it to the limits with how laughably and absurdly bad their service is.
Also, don't even bother buying a parking pass if you don't drive a compact, you'll lose the paint on your doors.
The management will have you sign the contract then they'll never honor it, or introduce terms that were never in the original.

Oct 2016: I've lived in three different places in Provo and this is by far my favorite. For this price it's a great place to live. Any of the negative reviews you see are written by people who wanted to pay little and receive a lot. I'll say it again, this place is AMAZING for the price.
