It is available May 1st through spring and summer terms with an option to renew. Utilities usually run $ or less per person, there are three shared rooms in the apartment. It’s located just a few blocks south of BYU campus right next to Joaquin park. For the amount of space in the apartment and it&#;s location, you won&#;t be able to find a better deal. Management is great and the ward is awesome. One of my roommates is also selling her contract so you could move in with a friend if you’d like!
