It&#;s only $ a month and comes with a private bathroom. Utilities are about $ during the winter and $ during the summer. There&#;s plenty of parking (garage, parking lot, and street parking). They will boot (garage and parking lot) if you don&#;t have a sticker to park there though. The room is in the basement and everyone else is on the 2nd floor. There&#;s a door in the room that leads out to the garage and there&#;s 2 reserved garage parking spots for each apartment. The kitchen and living room are spacious and there&#;s a washer/dryer unit in the apartment which is really convenient. My roommates are chill and one of the 👩 girls does have an emotional support cat. I&#;ve never seen it because she keeps it in her room at all ⌚times so it won&#;t be a bother if that&#;s a concern. The ward is great and I ❤️love the bishopric. Lots of activities and it&#;s social if you make an effort. Message me if you&#;re interested or have any questions.
