My roommate is getting sent out for active duty related business and so I&#;m selling his lease for him! We live in Ashland Apartments (not student housing) thats around 1.5 miles from UVU. We don&#;t have a curfew, overnight guest policies, etc so therefore we are not BYU approved. Its a private room, shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. We only have three people total in the apartment which is SUPER nice! We have full kitchen, full livingroom, extra storage room, etc. Rent is a month with around for utilities at the end of the month. It&#;s a super nice apartment and it is gender neutral so we&#;re accepting applications from men and women. (I&#;m a woman and obviously my roommate is a dude) He is getting sent out for duty in early january so the room isnt avaliable until then. Let me know if you have any questions or want any pictures! We&#;re just an apartment of art students and gamers so it&#;s super laidback
