Oct 2019: Lived here 2 years. Lowest prices I’ve found in Provo. Never really had any problems with management. The maintenance is fairly responsive. Needs more storage space. Parking is pretty good Review from Google
Aug 2019: I lived here for 2 years. Management is pretty good. It’s stupid cheap and the ward is pretty great. But i definitely felt crammed at a certain point since there isn’t a lot of storage. Review from GoogleMar 2019: I loved this apartment complex. It’s definitely one of the best places to live on campus. Although older, it has an amazing and spacious set up. I loved how the kitchen opened into the living room, and there is a giant window for a lot of natural light to be let in most of the day. (You’ll have trouble finding that anywhere else!) If you keep it clean and decorate it a little, this place has such a cozy feel to it. I had very pleasant relationships with the girls both in my apartment and outside of it for two years. It just attracts very amenable people. The bus also stops literally right in front of the apartment. Parkings meh as with every place in Provo but it’s cheap by their first come first policy. With the bus right to campus, I barely drove unless I was getting groceries. Even then, people carpooled. This is the first place I recommend to incoming or transferring college students. Review from GoogleSep 2018: These apartments are horrible. Not only did they have an extremely horrible mobile website. They also don’t listen on what lease you want when you’re signing up. They forced me to move out after only 3 months of living there, claiming that that was the lease I wanted (it was not) They stole my down payment after my ex roommates dirtied a completely clean and orderly room. They’re tenant service is horrible. The washers and dryers are always broken. I am so infuriated by Arcadia and their lack of competence. Review from Google
Sep 2018: What a great bang for your buck! Definitely my favorite place that I've lived while at BYU. It's really not that bad for the price and the low cost draws in some really down to earth people. Review from Google
Dec 2016: As usual with most Provo complexes, overpriced yet falling apart. The place is at least 40 years old with just as many coats of paint. Cleaning checks are a little too anal given that they can't be bothered to replace some of the kitchen appliances that they'll penalize you for. Review from GoogleNov 2016: Arcadia is a great place to live. The people in the area are sociable and amiable. The housing is simple, but not uncomfortable. It is fairly close to BYU campus, while remaining cheaper than most apartments. This is the place to be. Review from Google

Apr 2016: I've had a very nice time living here. Affordable single room with spacious kitchen and bedroom, friendly staff, and great roommates. It doesn't have the best view, but I've never been unhappy with my experience here :). Review from GoogleSep 2015: Overall, it's a pretty decent place to live for the price they ask. Sep 2015: Great apartments! Large kitchen and living room. Only 1 bathroom, so that is tough. The rooms are small but there is plenty of storage room in them, easy to make things work well with a little creativity. I do wish they had more pictures and reviews. It would have made choosing to live here easier. Review from Google
