Sep 2019: Absolutely love how close I am to class! Management is outstanding, any issue we’ve had dishwasher bring broken) is fixed within 24 hours. Also the management is very friendly. I live in a 4 person room and it’s huge. Also it comes with great appliances. Each room came with smart TVs it’s awesome. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Review from Google
Apr 2019: My mom and I took a tour and we were really impressed! Seems like they are putting a lot into the building. Amazing location and the apartments were gorgeous. Best kept secret in Baton Rouge, can’t wait to live here!! Review from Google
Jan 2019: If I could give 0 stars I would. Was there since the beginning. Problems were endless. All the negative reviews are 100% valid. Only plus is location. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Review from Google
Dec 2018: This place is AWFUL. It needs to stay SHUT DOWN. Reasons why: 1. Rats everywhere 2. Animal pee and poop everywhere 3. Horrible smells 4. Fire hazards 5. Doors always broken, anyone can come in 6. The outlying neighborhoods use all of the “wonderful amenities” 7. Dangerous area 8. Dangerous parking garage 9. Greedy management 10. Useless management: I’ll elaborsts on this one. There was a hit and run on my car in the parking garage I filed a police report and everything and that horrible woman Gina refused to send me the footage of the parking garage so I could try to see who hit my car. She said that I’d have to get the police department to get it for me. Then I was told I could come watch it in the office. So, multiple times, I was told she or someone else was available so I’d go downstairs and someone would inform me she had Review from Google
Sep 2018: I received a call during finals week for summer school at LSU from U house management saying that everyone had to move within the next month because the property was UN-LIVABLE. Never living here again!
Sep 2018: This place is a nightmare to live in. MOLD EVERYWHERE and unless they bulldoze the property entirely and redo it from scratch, there will ALWAYS be ongoing problems due to the idiots (probably grad students in construction management from LSU) that built this shit hole and have caused so many problems dealing with mold, sewage backups/leaks/spewing from dishwashers, the entire first floor drowning in water randomly one day, along with the horrible location (the 70802 area code by aster street is one of the most unsafe places to live in all of BR). If you want to potentially have the worst LSU apartment experience, live here. You will hear gunshots and people getting murdered during the night ALOT! Oh, and you may get your car towed from the property even if you live there because they "didn't see your sticker" thus you will have to cough up $300 for your car.
Sep 2018: It is the Dirtiest business I have ever deal with. After you leave they will lie and claim there is stuff broken on the apartment to get the most money they can from you! they lie with a smile! the service is bad and people are dishonest. I am going to get a lawyer and will see what can be done. I regret it that I ignored all bad reviews about them and thought that people who gave bad review are probably people with bad mode and love to fight with others for simple reasons. But no, I know now how dirty is this business! they do not deserve a one star! Shame on you. How you dear to lie, I am very surprised. Review from Google
Aug 2018: For the sake of anonymity, I did not use my real name. I was a resident here for as long as the place has been open. The place smells awful, trash fills the stairwells, animal feces lies throughout hallways, and the management is absurdly rude and they do everything they can to get every dollar out of you. They make up fake charges without having any proof or expert advice on things. They ignore any maintenance requests and try to put it off as long as you can. My heater broke and they refused to come in because they insisted i just didnt know how to turn the heater on properly. mind you, this is the same month that Baton Rouge shut down for snow days. I spent a month in my apartment that average about 55 degrees. On two separate occasions now, I have been charged THOUSANDS of dollars for "issues" with the apartment. After seeking legal advice Review from Google

Jul 2018: Literal trash. Wish I could give this place negative stars. They need to just tear this place down and start over. Thought 3rd owner would be the charm, HA! jokes on us. Was just complimenting the management the other day for finally getting parking stickers. One step forward, and yet here I am studying for a midterm at 1 in the morning with an alarm going off. If you wanna pay over $800 a month for not only you but the surrounding neighborhood to use all those "great" amenities then go ahead. This place is a permanent construction zone. Update - If you're needing somewhere to live I recommend Park Place, haven't had a single issue since moving in :) Review from Google
Jun 2018: I've lived here for 2 years now and besides the usual crazy college kids running around I have no complaints! Management is always helpful and the location is soo close and convenient! Review from Google
Jun 2018: Honestly, where do I begin? I couldn't find words to measure my appreciation for the staff at this property. The entirety of my stay is filled with great experiences. I loved being a part of this community. Any issue I found was quickly fixed, I couldn't be happier. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Worst place to stay at LSU. I have had so many problems since I’ve lived here. I came here because I wanted to live somewhere homey and I thought this was the place to do that, but it has been nothing but that! For one, these apartments are quite pricey, but they look and smell terrible. Also, People being charged so much money just for having a bike on their patio, hanging a towel out to dry, even having a grill on the patio. This complex is a wreck. There is construction going on all the time, elevators may or may not be working on a regular, and hallways are smelly and dirty. The parking garage is very dangerous; it was built way too small. While living there, my car has been scratched dented, and even towed “by accident.” The garage is smelly and so are the stairways. The gates are often malfunctioning. My garage gate opener was not Review from Google
May 2018: changing my review because of how helpful they were when I had my keys stolen! if you work with the upper management, they are great Review from Google
Apr 2018: STOP considering this place. Any positive review was left by someone who works here or is simply out of their mind. First, let me start out with positives: the location is great. Annnnd that’s where it stops. This place is absolutely awful and I cannot wait to get out of it. Management does not care whatsoever about you except for your money. Honestly don’t know where to even start with complaints for this place. If you look through other comments that’s a start, but it doesn’t even truly scratch the surface. I had my car towed WITH a parking pass, which costed $250. I went to complain and all I got from the manager was “I’m sure your parents will pay for it”... true devil lady. They came in and cut 3 holes in our apartment ceiling to “find a messed up line” and then after going and complaining once a week for 3 months they d Review from Google
Apr 2018: Horrible place to live. Dog poop in the hallways, and people throw their trash and filth into the stair well. Our washing machine broke and has yet to be fixed by the maintenance team after we sent in a request over two months ago. Also, the property is not secured at all, as there are multiple ways to enter without having a key, with the car gates being open more than half the time. Terrible service for the price that is paid monthly in rent. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Review from Google
Apr 2018: university house is dirty and unprofessional. every time I walk into the halls I wonder what i’ll smell this time. dog pee stains everywhere. staff will tell you one thing but then do something completely different. the front desk staff doesn’t know anything about the building. management LOVES to steal your money. will find any reason to fine you and won’t provide details on how they came to that total. anyone who could possibly help you is near impossible to contact and if you manage to, they make you wait forever. if you like giving away money for fun then this is the perfect place for u! can’t wait to move out this month. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Incompetent management. Place was always filthy. Gouged us for $75 fee they never could explain when we let lease expire that they put into collections when we wouldn't pay. Force you to use 3rd party for electric bill, this 3rd party then "estimates" your final bill. Their estimate was well above the average of all the months, was in fact higher than any month in 2 years. I would never recommend to anyone.
Feb 2018: Parent review- Over all the community is tolerable but not desirable. I wanted to allow my son to live walking distance to campus, even though we live in the area. Convenient to LSU. A few concerns that could of been prevented. 1.Please see the floor plan in person prior to signing agreement -Move in day management will not work with you to change rooms. Even if one is available in same unit. 2.Complete walk through with your child- Management Will charge you for pre-existing damages that was never repaired from previous tenant. Damaged caused by door stop missing. 3. Do not trust room mate matching to find your roommates. Seems really random. 4. Not safe to walk around late hours- Multiple Shootings , stabbings and robberies within a few blocks. Additional small concerns that prevent UH from being the upscale apartments promoted on website Review from Google
Feb 2018: I knew I took a risk staying at this place because of all the bad reviews. This is the worst decision I could have ever made. The first night I moved in there was a rat in my apartment! Since then thankfully we have not had those problems. Now, I have realized that the heat in my apartment is broke and they truly do not care. Not to mention I see trash, dog poop, and roaches in the hallway sometimes. I would not recommend living here. Yes, they are under new management, but it is still not a place you would want to live. They definitely do not know how to run a business. don't be me... be smart, yes the location is nice but the agony. I will not be living here next year because of my experiences here. Review from Google
Dec 2017: What is the only thing good about this place? The location. The apartments are terribly OVERPRICED. To get a mailing key, it took THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS before they actually gave it to me. I also informed them that our dishwasher is broken, but nothing has been done for over SIX MONTHS. The FIRE ALARM IS ALWAYS GOING OFF; in the past three hours, it has gone off over FIFTEEN TIMES. Walking the stairs and the halls are disgusting, filled with trash piling up, vomit, and urine. The gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. Maintenance has unlocked my room while I was in it FOR NO REASON AT ALL, I had to yell at them to get out. I have gotten knocked on by the security FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S MUSIC BENIG TO LOUD next to me. There is ALWAYS CONSTRUCTION and workers going in and out as they please. DONT LIVE HERE.
Nov 2017: I actually never lived here, but I was friends with several people who did, and I can attest to how incredibly easy it is to get into the building- and even people's rooms- without a key or pass of any kind. The few unfortunate times I drove in the parking garage were terrifying, shaving minutes off my life that I will never get back. The garage itself is too narrow for two cars to pass one another safely. Everything about the dog feces, trash, urine, and vomit in the hallways and stairwells is true. Two things that just summarize this place as a whole is the broken doorknob from the garage to the second floor that laid in the stairwell for a good 2 weeks, and a car that had been hit which was parked well within the designated lines due to the narrowness of the structure, which lay in remains for over a month, and could still be there for all Review from Google
Nov 2017: This apartment complex is beautiful! It is ALWAYS kept clean and the amenities are amazing! If you need a place to live I strongly recommend checking them out! Review from Google
Nov 2017: I love the office staff here. they always help me out. Ive never had a bad encounter for as long as i've lived here. I have lived in my apt for 3 years now and never once have I had an issue with maintenance or people that live here. on top of that, it is conveniently close to campus. i love it., Review from Google
Oct 2017: People often live here for convenience, as I did. Yes, it has been great to roll out of bed and make it to class actually on time, but the problems you have to deal with on a day to day basis are not worth it. It was not only a rough start to my freshman year dealing with the flood, but to have to deal with a poorly prepared apartment (including dirty drawers, microwave, fridge, and carpet) and fire alarm go off EVERY other night for extensive periods of time was not reassuring. Not to mention one time there was an actual fire and it happened to be the apartment right across the hall from mine. Come to find out my apartment was actually flooding due to the sprinklers and none of my roommates nor I thought anything of the alarm going off due to all the previous false alarms. Now this may just be my bad luck, but I could type a novel on what els Review from Google
Oct 2017: i love it here. it’s close to campus. i don’t have to try to find parking on game days. it’s very nice inside. I like the fact i have my own bathroom. the only thing i wished was different is the refrigerator. i wish it was a refrigerator with two vertical doors so there’s room for more. Review from Google
