Hi, Loading...

Feb 2020: Moved into this apartment a few days ago. The management staffs specifically Lucas and Ty are really friendly and helpful. I faced several problems but they solved it immediately. So far everything seems really nice. I am looking forward to living here for four more years :) Review from Google
Feb 2020: Highly overrated, management staff is lying to the costumers, especially Lucas, the assistant manager. The manager itself is crooked, he din not offered me the promotion they had because apparently it offered only in "some cases" Maybe there is a bit of racism there towards internationals, check it for yourself. Misinformed us regarding safety, floods often in the parking lot and some buildings don't have security alarm system (however when we toured the unit the assistant manager claimed they do, in the same day we signed the contracted he denied his previous statement). The pictures from the web site are faaaar from true. Even the most expensive units don't look as good, in some units they had muses and if you don't have a cat that's too bad for you, because they are not in the hurry to fix it especially if you live in the building nr. 5. BTW they charge you extra for having pets in your apartment, quite a some $$$. Hope it was useful, check the other web sites for more rewievs Review from Google
Oct 2019: Fast & easy application, reasonable price, great location. Ty was very helpful and professional helping me with all the paperwork and has helped me countless times with random requests throughout my stay. The apartment had some cosmetic damage (small area where the floor was damaged and chipped bottoms of the door) but it wasn’t terrible and honestly didn’t bother me. Any maintenance requests are followed up and completed within minutes by the staff. Keep up the great work TM! Review from Google
Sep 2019: I lived here for a year and 4 years later, a new Entergy account was opened and I was billed for electricity for a different unit of the same apartment complex. I do not know how my info including social security was used to open a new Entergy account without my knowledge but this makes me suspect either the management is involved in this or they are not keeping your information safely. I did not have any particular complaints during my stay there but I had to go through trouble of sorting out fraudulent account 4 years later. Review from Google
Sep 2019: The Tiger Manor Apartment office people are extremely nice and bake cookies everyday. Ty in the office is extremely nice and the maintenance guys are very cool to talk to. Review from Google
Aug 2019: I moved in about 3 weeks ago now and have had a very professional and welcoming experience. The staff is well trained and very helpful as well as the management and have answered my many questions. The apartment is very clean and well kept. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and it is a very secure apartment complex. The move process was very simple and well organized thanks to the management team here. Thank y’all !! Jul 2019: Before you do anything, go look up Google reviews of BH Management Services. That should turn you off immediately. Updating my review after nearly two years of a 3-year-long tour. The short of it is that the administration, maintenance, and residents, all live on their own planets and have weak connections between them. If you're looking for somewhere with a good relationship between management/maintenance and the residents, please keep looking, because this is the opposite. The thick of it is that nobody cares about anything here. There is a real sense of greed and a "whatever," or "screw it," kind of mentality. The property is littered with fire/life/safety hazards. There are two or three maintenance workers for 5-6 large buildings. Even if there were more, I'm not sure that would solve much, based on their current associates and hiring practices. The hazards are easy to miss when you're visiting the property, but after living here a couple months or years, they start to pile up on the mental Review from Google
May 2019: Far from the best apartments on campus, but they are fairly nice, and considering how close they are to campus, they're also really cheap. The ammenities (esp. the pool) are really great as well. Maintenance staff seems to usually do their job, though not at the quickest speeds. The only real complaint I have is the wall thickness. I often hear people stomping/yelling or dogs barking from other apartments. Overall, a pretty amazing place to live for the budget concious college student! Review from Google

May 2019: I love living here; It is next to the lake and very close to LSU. Maintenance issues are often addressed very quickly. Office people are nice. The environment is beautiful and most of the time clean. The only big issue in my opinion is that (up to this time) there is no recycling. Being a place with many move in/out every year, a lot of cardboard boxes, plastics, ... are being sent to trash not being recycled ... Review from Google
May 2019: I been living here for 2 years, and the Maintenace team and the office staff couldn’t be more helpful. They’re available and knowledgeable about what concerns and help me immediately. It really feels like home. Review from Google
May 2019: I was considering these apartments but now I am scared that signatures will be falsified on documents as per the previous reviewer. If the staff does this, this is illegal. I have a friend here and I will be verifying this information on the staff's behavior before considering these apartments. Review from Google
Feb 2019: Edit: Changed the rating to one star. I was told to take down my Spring Festival couplets as they are violations of Tiger Manor’s policy. This kind of ignorance and lack of cultural awareness is extremely frustrating. Will be moving out. Used to like this place a lot more. The staff here are great. However, they recently removed all public trash cans. Dog poop is everywhere. Not sure why I had to pay common area maintenance fee. The gym is filled with broken and old equipment.
Oct 2018: My son has a one bedroom apartment here. He’s been very pleased with his apartment. We’ve had excellent response time from maintenance when needed. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I put in a request on 7/19/18 for pest control to come out. We have rats in our apartment. So far no one has come out to investigate this issue. The maintenance guy came out and “filled” some holes but that didn’t help much with this issue since we saw another rat today in our kitchen. This is ridiculous that this matter hasn’t been taken care of since it affects the whole building. We heard rats in the walls. We’ve caught and killed at least 3 rats by purchasing our own traps. My request says that Michael C. is handling it but his lack of communication on this matter is frustrating. I keep getting told that pest control will be out yet they never come. I get told that they are putting down glue traps yet I don’t see any. On one occasion, I was told that they had been out but somehow missed my apartment! Rats carry all kinds of dis Review from Google
Jul 2018: Poor pest control, unclean hallways and pool areas, mediocre maintenance and quality control, poor management, very inflexible regulations, poor waste disposal When we moved to our apartment, it had several issues including refrigerator in the wrong position, washer/dryer not working, kitchen sink not draining, dishwasher not draining, cockroaches everywhere inside and outside the apartment, air conditioning not working in some of the rooms, and it took about a month to get those issues resolved! The apartment was obviously not checked before our move-in After 3 years residing here, we wanted to move from an apartment in Tiger Manor to another, and the staff had absolutely ZERO flexibility in terms of move out and move in dates and eventually they made us rush through the moving process only to move to a new apartment with several issues No Review from Google
Jun 2018: Changed my rating to one star from two after several maintenance requests were "resolved"... The pedestrian gate door does not close all the way and is completely insecure. There was a wasp's nest (which had baby wasps all over it at one point recently) in my exterior light fixture. Common areas are completely black in darkness at night because building 3 has more defective light bulbs in it than it does functioning ones. I have reported all of these things, all of which were "resolved" according to the office, but none of which actually had anything fixed about it. But if you're 2 days late on your rent, you better believe they're gonna get every cent out of you for that. Funny how that works. Terribly greedy. I'm sure Tiger Manor will reply to this rating suggesting that I may reach out to the office, but the office may reach out to me. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Went to apply for an apartment here. The first impression was good. The office staff seemed friendly and inviting. We paid our deposits up front. After that, it took a month of us constantly calling to even really have a concrete idea if we were approved. You'd have better luck calling someone in North Korea than an office manager here. The employees do not know how to return phone calls, or just dont care. Turns out we were not, and has been over 30 days since we have received our deposit back. What we lost in the application feee was probably worth it becauae it seemed we really dodged a bullet. Do not rent here. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Top perk is location. Grounds are usually dirty, vast majority of lights in building 3 have been out since I moved in 10 months ago. I was very high on TM and its staff until I was fined $134 for being late on rent by 2 days due to expired credit card after 10 months of a perfect payment history. Sad to see this is how they opted to handle the late rent for a long-term tenant (or one who intended to be). Review from Google
Jun 2018: Driven by greediness, inauthentic workers and leadership, the quality and sketchiness of the property reflects the simpletons running it. With a sheer glance of evident quality degradation unevenly distributed throughout the landscape, there are definite purposes of consumer deception with an apparent difference in pictures you see on their website and seeing it with your own naked oculus. Look no further if you've been in search of an accurate embodiment of corrupted capitalism as an apartment complex to reside where unreasonably costly fees are charged indiscriminately from laundry machine use, keys, billing fees, renting furniture, utility fees (despite when utilities do not come with the room), and last but not least, pest control fee (paid every month, yet gotten PTSD discovering roaches in the apartment room multiple times). May 2018: I’ve been a resident for one year and I could say, from the bottom of my heart, that Tiger Manor and the staff are the best around the LSU Campus. The services they provide are outstanding. They are timely and professional and done with great care.
The staff is always available for residents, they provide top notch services and have a wonderful vibe and atmosphere 24/7. It’s only good vibes around. The facilities are also the best compared to other residencies (like Campus Crossings) and I’ve never had any issues with security during the entire year. Also, they have the best prices around and no hidden fees or unexpected extra charges (some friends of mine that lived in Campus Crossings had unexpected extra charges after they paid rent - due to the staff’s fault). Also, the included FREE benefits of having grab and go breakfast sna Review from Google
May 2018: Got some eye candy in the office...especially Lucas 😍 everyone is super helpful. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Office seems to be in chaos most of the time. Moving into and out of the complex was a labyrinth. No lease available to view or sign until the day the move. Several unexpected hoops to jump through while your moving truck idles in the parking lot with all your posessioins. If you don't agree with the conditions you have no place to go. It's a terrible way to do business. Review from Google
Dec 2017: A nice location and very near to LSU. The apartment has a high raised gates and secure in the sense, no one can enter without security code. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I was stupid for deciding to live here another year, just because of the proximity to campus. I didn't get my deposit back from the first apt and they charged us over 500 extra dollars, without a bill from them!! They sent a debt collector after us! While we are still living there!!! This months foolery: Their system glitched and told us we had less to pay than we actually did. When we paid the amount the office confirmed was the remaining balance, there was still 200 dollars left to be paid, and they waited for almost a week of late fees to acrue. Now they're not sure if they can refund the late fees. Also most our parking lot is under construction at the same time and the other half is constantly full of water. don't believe me? Check out the back of building 5. If you care about your credit Review from Google
Nov 2017: We have had a great experience living here! When we moved in to the renovated side there was no utensil rack in the dishwasher. We reported it to the leasing office and Madyson was super quick to get it taken care of! I'm really sad to see these negative reviews shying people away from leasing here because we have had nothing but awesome and easy accommodations made! And the staff is SUPER sweet! Gabby even came in after hours when I locked myself out of my apartment and got me a spare key!! Review from Google
