Hi, Loading...

Dec 2017: I love my room and the location of the complex, but I have had problems with maintenance staff. For example: when all the locks were replaced, my key wasn't placed in my mailbox and it took 1 1/2 hours to track down the right person to get my correct key (the wrong one was given to me twice). More recently, I submitted a work request for my dryer. After about a month, I got a confirmation email that the service was complete, but now my dryer works worse than it did before. The people and units are very nice here, it's a safe place, but I feel like a lot of things are very disorganized. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Ever since management has changed, living here has improved tenfold. The maintenance staff is very responsive and does good quality work, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. Many renovations have already been done with more in progress. Since moving here in August of 2017, I have stopped taking my car to campus due to the convenience of the bus stops and even turned in my parking decal. Though I was originally skeptical before moving in, I have been very pleasantly surprised and would recommend living here to anyone.
Oct 2017: The office staff are helpful, except for Katie. I lived here for two years, and yes I paid my rent late more than twice. But I left the complex in May because I relocated out of state for a new job. I agreed to pay the apartment complex $50 a month to pay off my balance. I paid consistently, on the 28th of every month. The last month I paid I asked to change my pay date to the first. The last money order I sent out Katie claims never showed up at the office, but I have receipts and confirmation showing that it did. She expected me to sent another fifty dollar money order after I had just sent one a few days prior. Needless to say they sent my account to collections because I'm not paying more than what I owe. They also sent a notice to my door once over FOUR CENTS. FOUR PENNIES! They never match you with the right roommates, I've ha Review from Google
Oct 2017: This apartment complex is not worth living in. The amenities are normally either crowded or basically nonexistent. The wifi that you pay for in the rent barley ever works, the cable cuts out every hour, the air conditioners don't go below 75 degrees, you get fined for trash even though the construction workers left the trash on your patio, and many MANY more problems. The reasonable rent is the only reason to ever live here. Yes, they removed a trash fine that was already paid for. Thanks Campus Crossing. If you live here, hope you don't live by the office, because people will come in and out of your apartment from the office unannounced whenever they feel like it. They'll replace things that no one in your apartment complained about and then you'll have to pay for it out of pocket even though there was a pet deposit which I always thought wa Review from Google
Aug 2017: Honestly wouldn't give this place one star. Highly would not recommend signing any lease here unless you want to get charged for damages you had nothing to do with. Months in advance I informed them about the roommates dog destroying the living room blinds and using the bathroom all over the living room before she moved out and they're still charging me for the damage after I told them before I had NOTHING to do with it. and they have bad maintenance. They cleaned out the other rooms in my apartment and left furniture and trash on my porch, which still happens to be there. They over charged you for electricity and my living room has been with out blinds for 3 weeks so my apartment is completely see through. If you want your sanity don't move to this hell hole. Aug 2017: Living in the apartments was okay for what you get, but they don't care about the tenants at all. You shouldn't go in with high expectations. The parking lot was awful with huge potholes and there were roaches everywhere. This is the least of the problems I had with Campus Crossing. After I moved out they fraudulently billed me for "trash removal" a $300 charge split between my 3 roommates and me. I refused to pay at the time, as I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. However, since this ruined my credit (they sent the bill to collections) and I wanted to move into a new apartment, I was forced to pay the fraudulent fine. Now that I payed the the fine, they sent me another bill for $50.32 for "Bad Debt Recovery", demanding I pay more money for something I should have never had to pay for in the first place. Sep 2016: don't live here! I have only been here for 2 months and I'm ready for my lease to end! These people lie to you and sell you hopes and dreams until you sign that lease. I'd rather pay $900 a month for a place that's worth it than get scammed out of $550 a month. Review from 9/6/16 on Apartment Ratings
Aug 2016: This is my second year living here and let me tell you. One, nothing ever gets fixed. Work orders will say completed when they never came to the apartment. Balconies roped off because they are starting to collapse. The "big" room they force you to pay an extra $10 is a scam. The room is no bigger than the others. And as a 20 year old female they are forcing a 35 year old man to live with me and my roommates. They don't seem to care about my roommates or my concerns/uncomfortableness about this because of fear of losing their jobs. I guess a 35 year old living in CoEd apartments where a majority of the residents are in their early 20s isn't a red flag to them. I will never recommend anyone living here because they do not care about your comfort/safety. Review from 8/26/16 on Apartment Ratings

Jan 2016: Living here was a complete nightmare, and looking back on it still upsets me. My dishwasher was broken for 2 months before they actually fixed it, then my washing machine flooded, flooding all the carpet around it and even somehow flooding all four bathrooms. Of course they took a month to fix the washing machine, but in the meantime installed 5 giant fans to blow under the carpet which were kept on for a week and ran up the electricity bill. They once charged me double for rent, causing my bank account to overdraft and then Brightside had the nerve to charge me an NSF fee on top of that. We had an inside cat, so we couldn't figure out how our apartment got completely infested with fleas, but it did. Review from 1/26/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2016: Please do not give these people your money. They will encourage you to sign a lease immediately, do not do it! They are helpful and nice until they have your signature and you are obligated to pay them. They may tell you one price at the time you sign but once it comes time to move they add fees (ex. vaulted ceilings). Something is broken, fix it yourself or it'll never get done. We had so many burnt bulbs that we were close to living in the dark and they refused to buy the bulbs and change them until my parents drove an hour and a half to give them a piece of their mind. They will tell you they are under new management and not to go off of reviews, LIE! Take your money elsewhere. Review from 1/20/16 on Apartment Ratings
