The house is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom, full backyard and garage home. My room being subleased is the master bedroom out of the 4 rooms and has a bigger room, bathroom and closet (it is a 🚶 walk-in). There is no mowing the yard or landscaping because that is included in the rent. Appliances are included and are relatively new. Utilities are average at around $-$. Good location from school, 5 min drive and hardly any traffic. Driveway holds 4 full size trucks so it is a decent size. One roommate who will coming and going this summer will have a dog, it is a very sweet Spaniel at around lbs. Other roommates may come and go but no one is staying the whole summer I believe. I will be clearing out my room so you may bring your own bed and furniture if you want. Move out would be late July because that is when our lease expires. 👨 maleroommate preferred.
