Jul 2019: I'm in my third year of living here and have loved every minute of it! The complex is so quiet and the landscaping is beautiful and natural. The front office is always so kind and willing to help however they can and maintenance is amazing! With whatever the issue is, maintenance has always responded to my apartment the SAME day! They work hard and fast to fix whatever the problem is and are always so kind. To me, that sets this apartment apart from the rest. Review from Google
Jul 2019: It's a quiet place with a nice green lawn and trees. Friendly staff. Maintenance is awful and rude though. They don't want to spend on upgrading things. We have been living here for three years, the a/c broke 5 or 6 times in summers, they don't want to get a new one. Maintenance sometimes takes half a day to fix these things. We have to suffer from their mismanagement. I don't suggest you this apartment complex to others unless the management start changing old appliances. There are many new apartments in College station that you don't need to deal with its maintenance at all. Review from Google
May 2019: We just moved in and I’ve never been greeted with a goodie bag from management before. It was a very refreshing thing to see after driving such a long way from Amarillo. So far everything seems to be going smoothly. The community is very quiet and Marianne in the office is SUPER NICE! I’m really looking forward to living here. :-) Review from Google

Dec 2018: Great place! Great management! Close to campus but far enough away it's quiet! Review from Google
Dec 2018: Best value for a one-bedroom in BCS - in unit washer and dryer, internet is covered. Plenty of space for me and my cat, huge bathroom and and kitchen. Review from Google

Oct 2018: Absolutely wonderful staff, beautiful landscape, an awesome dog park, and an apartment that actually feels like a home. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Beautiful property that is conveniently located. Everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful. Review from Google
Oct 2018: The only apartment you will find in BCS thats management and staff truly care about their residents. Affordable, free food Friday's, pet friendly, resident appreciate weeks, beautiful landscaping and outdoors, and remodeled interiors. We especially love our spacious kitchen in our 1 bedroom! We have loved living here and would recommend this place to anyone! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Love this complex so much! Everyone in the office is always extremely sweet, helpful and informative. Couldn’t have chosen a better home here in Bryan. :) Review from Google
Apr 2018: LOVE LOVE LOVE this property 💕. My husband and I lived here for a year and the staff and maintenance were absolutely amazing! Never had to wait too long for orders, they're always had free food Fridays and did stuff for residents and made you feel welcomed anytime you're in the office! 😍 Very cleanliness of the property and the apartment itself too! 10/10 would recommend living here! Review from Google
Mar 2018: My son rented an apartment at this community for 1 1/2 years. When he moved in the carpet was dirty and smelled moldy. They painted the bathtub; it was peeling off. Kitchen cabinets and draws were dirty. Baseboards were covered in hair. Toilet bowls were brown. However when he moved I hired a maid to clean the apartment yet they still charged a cleaning fee and a carpet cleaning fee. Really?! I would not recommend these apartments, they are taking advantage of college students. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I’ve been at the element for almost a year now and it really is a nice quiet place to live!!!! You don’t see any weird people walking around out night, the neighbors are very friendly, and the staff is phenomenal always greeting you with a smile. The only thing the apartment is missing is closet space other then that they’re perfect!!!!! Review from Google
Dec 2017: The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the staff is wonderful and super quick with all repairs I needed. But the apartment itself was very disappointing. They said it was luxury and I know it wasn’t real grantite or anything because I came for a tour but, my apartment was not taken care of. There was paint on everything!! It was all over the floor, the cabnets and hooks in the bathroom. I was embarrassed to have people over considering how much I was paying. Review from Google
Dec 2017: This place is amazing! They're super pet friendly (the dog park is so cute) and they really love on all the residents👍🏾 Review from Google
Nov 2017: Been here for 3-ish months, great place to live so far. Cozy, safe, welcoming community that has tons of amenities. The front office staff and maintenance staff have always been helpful and friendly. Rent is relatively low and its very affordable for a young family like mine. Quiet at night which is surprising given its mostly young people. Parking is never issue and theft/ crime has never been an issue either. The only gripes i have are that the A/C and appliances are old. Also a car wash station would be amazing (just a covered area with a hose really)! Review from Google
Nov 2017: The Element is the best place I have lived in since coming to college! The ladies at the office are always so sweet and helpful and will bend over backwards to help you! The gym membership, dog park, 24 hour maintenance and free food Fridays make this place literally the best place! I would recommend it to any and everyone! Review from Google
Aug 2017: My fiance and I came into this place and felt very welcome by the staff. They were super nice, helped us with the lease, and all in a couple days. The gym is so close, and bad ass too. We had went sight unseen at another place and it was horrible, so we came here signed a lease and moved in only a couple days! Super pet friendly as well. They have a dog park. We will be walking our cat to the office once the weather gets better. :) Review from Google
Jul 2017: Update: I added a star because the office staff was considerate and helpful during my daughter's 1 year lease. They did their absolute best to make up for the flooding incidents, replacing her carpet with the wood look linoleum -- which was a real improvement. The grounds and dog park are immaculate. Also during this time during our search for a short term apartment it became obvious that The Element is above average compared to other apartments in this price range. Original: Make no mistake, these are worn out old college apartments. don't be fooled by a model or photos online. The wood-look floors are linoleum, not even laminate. The appliances are worn and old. Carpets are worn and stained. They allow pets, which is nice for pet owners, but get ready for the barking dog next door. The amenities are nice but the pool and gym cost extra. Th Review from Google
Feb 2017: I appreciated their welcome to me and my dog. Havent leased here yet, but will be over there the minute I get my new job confirmed. Very friendly office people. Review from 2/26/17 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2017: The Element has been one of my favorite Apartment homes EVER! I have lived in apartments my entire life and this has by far been the best. Maintenance is always on time and very punctual. The office staff is amazing and the property manager is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. If you live in the Bryan/College Station then you want to live at The Element! Review from 1/30/17 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2016: Best apartments in the B/CS area. I've lived at multiple places across the area and have never felt more at home. Great community and the friendliest and most delightful staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The maintenance is lighting fast as well. Review from 12/14/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: The management is nice enough but not always clear in their email communications. They are going to a new payment system that requires you to put your bank/credit card information in instead of being able to pay by check in the office. I don't like this change. Maintenance is good and responsive. You definately hear your neighbors, but that's part of apartment life. They've done a great job cleaning up the grounds (removing brush, built a great pavilion). These aren't luxury apartments... Small fridge, faux granite (looks good though), and very basic stove. Second bedroom isn't much of a bedroom, but good "study". Glad they have washer &dryer in apt, but it's small stacked pair... But it does the job. Rent is ridiculous. Some may argue rent everywhere is going up, but they're taking advantage of people. Review from 5/15/16 on Apartment Ratings.
